I stopped for gas and noticed that they had ice cream, so of course I had to try it. I'll start with it's ice cream so it couldn't be terrible, but there are a few that are better than others. This one unfortunately was lackluster. I'd give it a 5 out of 10. I probably wouldn't get ice cream there again.
Absolutely a must stop for ice cream. They do serve other foods like pizza and hot dogs, etc. The shop atmosphere sends you back to the 50's! Everything was great, including the friendly service. We'll be frequenting Weaver's on our regular trips between Virginia and western NY.
Found this place by accident on my travel to NY.Stopped for gas and when I made my payment I noticed how nice it was inside. I made a point to stop again on my way back home to NJ, this time for gas, and ice cream cone for my wife and me.
