I wish DoorDash would let you pick your restaurant. They don’t read the notes and never answer their phones. Last two times I paid over $30 for two sandwiches and they were wrong. Like not even CLOSE to what I ordered. Emailed CS and no response. DO NOT DOOR DASH FROM HERE. GO TO BADEN!!!!

Every time I give the place another try I'm reminded why I never bother. Not one time have I actually gotten what I paid for. First two times I get zero bacon after asking for extra and now I ask for extra turkey and extra bacon and end up with the regular amount of both. I've never had these issues at other locations. This location is a complete rip off through and through.

Steak egg and cheese flatbed..hardly any steak 2 pieces of bacon($3 extra)..shorted 1 egg on sandwich...worst I've had at subway..won't be back..stop being cheap or sell to someone that cares..

Whoever the young lady is who worked on 4/7/25 at the Ambridge location at 2:30-3PM deserves some recognition. Her name may have been Dora? Not sure. Anyways, some guy came in and started being nasty towards her over the fact that he thought his cold cut should have more meat on it (for no extra charge). The woman making his sub calmly and professionally explained the menu, the pricing, and what all a cold cut combo would entail, and the guy just starts bullying her and telling her “you’ll be on the news for this… subway used to be great… blah blah…”
Long story short, the customer was 100% in the wrong in this instance and that female worker handled the situation with much more grace and patience than I would’ve. She sure didn’t deserve all that bs, but she handled it phenomenally well. This five-star rating is specifically for her!!

Kathy and Arpitha were great at our visit to subway today. I could tell things would be in order just from 1st glance at those 2 ladies. Smiling and ready to make our food. Very pleasant and that makes us want to come back soon. Thank you! Our sandwiches were great and made with care.

Had one person in line in front of me. With all due respect, it was a ridiculously painful and slow wait. The woman working behind the counter should not be working alone. It’s not her fault, it’s a management issue. Please address this and I will return.
