The Mason Jar Family Diner

I was very disappointed with our last several visits. This time especially, I ordered a breakfast special my order was wrong. My server didn't check on us for about 10 minutes, until I waved her over and told her. Took another 10 minutes to get my gravy!! She was polite and did apologize, telling us the kitchen was very disorganized. Upon leaving the girl at the register asked how everything was, I told her what had happened and she said ....ah that happens! We have been coming here for several years regularly and have recommended The Mason Jar to many people, unfortunately I will no longer do that.

Enjoyed their Lunch Special: the Bacon Double Cheeseburger with Lettuce and Tomatoes on Brioche Bun with Small Salad or Cup of Soup and French fries with unsweetened Iced Tea. Though it wasn't crowded, the restaurant was a bit loud because of the music and people speaking over one another.🤷🏻‍♂️

Food was great and cream was wounderful

We were greeted when we walked in, sat down for well over 20 mins. No menu no drinks, employees walked by multiple times and no interaction.

Do not order the stuffed shells the sauce was watery and the cheese could kill a rat it was disgusting. The waitress didn't even know the prices. After the fact they did remove the shells from the check which boosted the score. Restaurant looked very mice

I have been here many times and for the first time was disappointed. Service was great. The English muffin on my Avocado Eggs Benedict was beyond stale, should have been in the trash, not on my plate. The Buffalo Fries were covered with black, burnt bacon. The thing that bothered me the most was that they didn't even take $5 dollars off and there was no apology from the manager, nothing. Paid full price for mediocre food. Waitress was great though. Probably not going to go back. Atleast own up yo your mistakes.
