The worker there was very nice. I like him a lot. The shop seemed clean and all that, but every time we eat there we get sick as a dog! We were just there tonight and I had to go home early because I'm sick now. Be careful if you go here.

The Subway in Annville and Palmyra are under new ownership and the service has declined dramatically. Subs have much less meat, and when I ordered online on a Friday evening it took over 45 minutes to get my subs. There was only 1 employee working and when I arrived 2 other people were there for pickup orders and theirs were not ready either. The employee was nice and doing his best but it was poor planning on the owners part. When I left there was a line out the door and many angry customers saying they would not come back.

First off, the people there did NOT speak any English which really bothered me because he had to fix my sub 2 times. I continued on an paid an so forth. I went to bite into my sub an it completely fell apart the bread was so hard I couldn't eat it!

Ordered a Club Sub with double meat, not toasted. A Club Sub includes ham, salami, balogna, and american cheese. I received a TOASTED sub with very little meat, no cheese and you can see by the photos a very poor looking/tasting sandwich. I also ordered a chicken cheese dipper with honey mustard dipping sauce. The dipper had very little chicken or cheese so it was mostly just wrap and there was no dipping sauce. Every time I’ve ordered from this Subway it’s been disastrous. Avoid this Subway at all costs!!!!

Whatever you do. DO NOT order for delivery. They always 'forget' food to be sent and you have to go back for it. Food is always overcooked and burnt. Avoid this subway!!

Ordered the Protein Bowl, and it was sad. Asked to toast the steak, and it was still cold, and we were dining in. Staff didn’t seem to know how to run to the store, to include making the food and replacing the fountain drinks. Probably the worst Subway I have ever been to. Will not be going back.
This is hands down the best Subway I've ever been to. I actually stopped going to them for years because of every other location being awful, but for some reason today I went to this one and I will definitely be back. Absolutely phenomenal, the freshest food I've ever had from a subway, and the staff is extremely friendly.

Called me sir, alot like every other word. Think the employee was nervous? For some reason, anyways I ordered a 6in turkey sub, and it the wrap makes it look like a soft taco from Taco Bell. BOTH lettuce containers were browning in the display, and the onions were slimy. Everything seems to have been sitting out for a while, and that's repulsive to me. I don't even wanna eat this sub anymore ?. The place needs a clean up and a harder fist. You can tell people ain't doin what their supposed to. there's a side by side comparison between a empty monster can and the 6 they gave me attached as well as the inside including 3 slices of turkey, what seems like 2 handfuls of brown lettuce, and 3 triangle slices of cheese. Prolly never gonna go here again.
