Not lactose free friendly. I ordered oat milk, and they put heavy cream in it. I can understand making a mistake once, but this has happened multiple times there.

The coffee is mainly what I go for and it's delightful. I'm pretty picky when it comes to coffee and they do it right. They have good espresso which can make or break a latte. I've only had the quittie breakfast sandwich and the house bacon jam is pretty bomb, definitely give it a try. Service has always been very pleasant, not too much but just genuinely friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Depends on what you mean by kid friendly. I would take my kid there, they don't have things they can break or anything.
Wheelchair accessibility: I didn't see wheelchair accessibility.

Just wish they were able to accommodate food allergies better. Asked if I could get a breakfast sandwich with egg whites without yolk and they couldn’t. 😔 But the everything was delicious that I could have. Beautiful place with a nice atmosphere

If you like coffee that is strong, at the Starbuck quality this is your place!! It was a little strong for the latte that was purchased. Just needed more sugar. But the service was immaculate, caring about you and your order. The area is cute and on a nice day to sit outside or inside. It walking distance for a lot of places in this area. Please check it out!
Parking: It's street parking, tough to find a spot close to the shop. You may have to walk to find a spot or down a side road.
Wheelchair accessibility: It has steps leading through the front door. Not so much accessible.

Cute, small coffee shop right along 422 in Annville. I thought the milk in my latte tasted a bit "off" but I would go back and try again. I was surprised how busy it was when I was there on a Monday forenoon. The seats were all taken some of the time and it was rather cold to be outside. I parked at a free spot along the side road, but there were also some parking spaces along 422.

Customer service was horrible. They made my drink wrong, I tried to tell them, she told me just to try it, it was completely the wrong color.. Then she proceeded to put the cup up to her nose and mouth like she was going to try it to prove me wrong. Then they remade it and it was the right color and when ai told them that it was finally the right color she got snarky and told me that they made it wrong the first time so yea it’s the right color. So after fighting me that I was wrong that my drink was right now you are going to get snarky that it was wrong? So confused

At the time I visited, there were issues with staffing causing the kitchen to be closed or extremely limited. The seating area was also very limited and not very comfortable. I wish there would have been more food options than yogurt parfait, or cold baked goods on a winter morning. This of course was over a year ago, and the business only responded to my rating today. ? Luckily, I remembered this much. I have not had another opportunity to give them another try.

This place is close to my house in the cute town of Annville. So glad there cleaning this place up, it needs some love it doesn’t have a cozy atmosphere which is because the town is cute and it has so much potential with bar, seating and giant windows along the road. The coffees and lattes are all amazing.
Pretty solid local coffee shop. They have really good lattes and sweets. I like their variety with syrups, milk options, and sweets offered. Most of my drinks I have ordered have been great, I have a few not so great ones but they are consistent with their quality of lattes. Their food is okay, nothing special just a quick bite on the go.Only area that needs improvement is mobile orders. I have a few times ordered lattes and food and have had missing food and have to go in to show my mobile order and wait on the additional food item to be made. I wish they also updated their app with current specials besides their base menu options.
We visited a couple of days ago from Colorado, and this was one of our worst experiences. We ordered 10 drinks and all but 3 were wrong in some way. The staff was not interested in correcting any of the drinks, and it's unfortunate because we have a large family and buy a LOT of coffee.
