The Mt Carmel ACC called 2 other Subways for over a week and neither would answer or call back and Ashland answered and did our order last minute. Cant thank you guys enough.

Pathetic unprofessional service to say the least. Spent $40 in the app to place an order. The app shows the order and bank account shows the money deducted. The workers response is "maybe you ordered subway a few days ago and it's from that transaction. As if we're hard up enough to try to swindle Subway for subs. So everyone keeps saying the order that is showing on the app doesn't exist, the "manager" on the phone says it can be re-ordered as a solution. So now we're expected to spend another $40 while getting treated like trash by the workers and "manager" NO THANKS!! So the huge solution that was offered was to dispute the transaction with the bank. Talk about amazing customer service. I'll go hungry before I ever consider subway again and I'll be sure to tell everyone about this experience and being ripped off $40 by lazy ignorant workers who speak condescendingly to customers and accuse them of manipulating the app and your bank account WHICH IS IMPOSSOBLE, and an incompetent "manager" if that's even who was on the phone.

Overpriced and under quality. After hiking the price of a footlong to >$10 and removing products, there is no way I'll be back to this or any Subway again.
