If you want the best soft ice cream around go to Cameo! I used to ride my bike there when I was a kid and the ice cream is the same wonderful flavor! I like the cheeseburgers too but they have a nice menu for dinners too. A locally owned and operated family restaurant with a nice country atmosphere and location!

It's a simple little diner / ice cream shop but they've got great food for good prices and I know none of it's like super gourmet it's just just good food and everyone in there's always friendly and great service so I don't go as often as I'd like to but I've never had a bad meal or a bad time there

Been there twice on a Friday for their amazing crab cakes and still have not had any because they run out! Oh yeah, you have to reserve them if you want to make sure to get them!😞Then make more up would be my suggestion 😔

This was a little bit of an old-school nostalgic drive-in atmosphere, which would make for a fun summer stop for ice cream. We dined in on a Saturday afternoon when there were only 4 other tables of diners inside, with additional outdoor dining. The food came out perfectly hot. The vegetables in my salad were crisp and fresh. The aervings of French fries were large. The food was not oversalted (a common problem with diner-style food). The positives end there. The food was "meh". Cheap, low-quality ingredients, probably frozen rather than made onsite, prepackaged salad dressing, and not a green vegetable on the menu beside salad, with no green veggies on the sides menu. Service was on the slower side, leaving us waiting for water refills, and the check. No lemons for the water (or the ice tea), blah decor. Overall, just very average and uninspired, but perhaps the best this small rural community has.

WHEN FRIEND TREATED ME TO A VANILLA AND CHOCOLATE TWIST ICE CREAM, AND I DECIDED TO FINISH EATING IT AT HOME.WELL LOW AND BEHOLD AS I WAS ENJOYING MY ICE CREAM THAT HAD MELTED, THERE WAS A HAIR INSIDE THE ICE CREAM STUCK INSIDE THE CUP!!!! UGH I QUICKLY THREW THE CONTAMINATED ICE CREAM AWAY AND I CALLED CAMEOS IN BIGLERVILLE DRIVE IN TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER!!!! I TOLD HER ABOUT THE HAIR I FOUND IN MY ICE CREAM, IT WAS IF SHE WASN'T EVEN CONCERNED ABOUT IT!!!! SHE AS A MANAGER SHOWED POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS, AND I DON'T KNOW WHY SHE IS EVEN A MANAGER!!!! SHE'S IN THE WRONG FIELD OF EMPLOYMENT!!!!
