I thought the pizza was pretty good! I wouldn’t say it’s the best I’ve had, even in Pittsburgh. But it’s definitely good! The dough is fluffy which I love. For some reason when I ordered online, they didn’t have the vegan pepperoni. The cheese is a massive upcharge too…

Very good food, excellent service and an all around wonderful place for a family dinner.

So 2 things service & food.1st) Like a lot of reviews for calientes the staff HAS NO IDEA how to talk with customers! With anything from questions about seating (was told " just go sit somewhere" & then after sitting 5 min later the bartender came over & TOLD us to move not asked if we could please take another table but TOLD us you can't sit here. When asked why he just walked away) or even questions about using coupons that they sent me but didn't work ( this has happened before & each time we always get attitude for apparently inconveniencing an employee who is asked to do what they get paid to do?!?) after multiple bad experiences with delivery thought it be better to just go WRONG. 2nd) living just 3 minutes away from the restaurant and a family who loves pizza we have ordered from here 4 times (with groans & complaints from the whole family cause every time it's been a struggle to find 1 redeeming thing about our order) We kept thinking "well maybe they've improved" but clearly as you can tell by reviews they just keep doing it & send everyone the generic "we will address our staff this is not how we do things" our order always takes 2 hours to get here (I've had Uber drivers call me & say I've been waiting here a long time after the time the food was supposed to be ready & they had to cancel my order cause it was messing with everyone else's orders so I had to go pick it up & I still ended up walking to get it & didn't get so much as a sorry) every time I've been missing food, the food is wrong or my favorite they are out of what I ordered so they just send me something else ( don't call & say " sorry we're out of that what else would you like" they just decide for us. Have way more negative things to say but this review is already to long but we've just finally had enough.

Kid-friendliness: We were given dirty looks by the staff cause while waiting for our food my son wanted to look at some of the lights/decorations/signage. He was never in the way (it was slow 2 people at the bar and 3 tables ours included) he wasn't in an area he shouldn't be so I joined him to keep a bad situation from developing.

Wheelchair accessibility: All level but will be a tight fit inside.

Parking: Great bartenders - friendly and always checking on us. And a perfectly made Detroit pizza. Caliente checked all of the boxes!!

This is the first time I have been at this location. I have been to other locations in the past, and this one is just as good. The atmosphere is laid back and inviting. Staff were friendly, and the service was quick.
We started with a few apps; fried pierogies, zucchini planks, and hush puppies, all of which were good. I typically order their hand tossed, but we decided to give the Brooklyn and the 8-mile pie a try. I'm not a fan of thin pizza, and the Brooklyn is just that. You definitely could not load it with toppings. Flavor was good, just not a thin pizza girl. The 8 mile is a Detroit deep dish that satisfied my dough craving.
Lots to choose from on their menu to satisfy everyone i feel. They also have daily specials. Prices are reasonable. Nice location to get to from route 28 or freeport road. There is street parking or a parking lot across from the restaurant.

Ordered wings and a salad at lunchtime on a Wednesday. Took 45 minutes to serve from time of order. Had to eat two and box the rest. Wings were good that evening, but I intended on eating lunch. Disappointed.

Food was Delivered to wrong place (put in notes to hand directly to me and not leave at door) they left it at the door and notified me only by text. Was not at my door but someone else's and still have no idea where it was delivered to. When called they said they can re make it but I would then have to go pick it up. only offered a credit back and not a refund until told I want my money actually back not a credit. Will not be ordering from here ever again.
