Caliente Pizza & Drafthouse

We ordered via Uber Eats. The Uber driver confirmed he delivered all the food he was given but we are missing 3 items. After driving 8 hours in the car for a family funeral all we wanted was dinner. Unfortunately due to the missing items a member of our family has no food to eat while others don’t have a complete meal. This was our first time trying Caliente and during future visits to town we will not give them another try. Food we did get was ok, but nothing great.

Your employees were very rude. I asked how long it would take for my food to be ready, and without going inside to check, they told me it would be ready in 10 minutes and then 20 minutes later.

And there are only 8 or 10 people inside. Why are you making us wait so long for just one small pizza? The order was placed online anyway.

If you order from here do yourself a favor and pick it up there food is great but I've only ordered from here twice and both times big mistakes first time everything except my pizza was delivered and this time I was told a hour for delivery after more then a hour I call back and check the app only to find out it would be another hour get real delivery drivers I will never order from here again

This restaurant was great! Came here with friends while visiting the city and really enjoyed it. We ordered 2 pizzas, breadsticks, and 10 wings for three of us and it was all delicious! I would recommend the Detroit style pizza and the mild wing sauce!

I've been to several Caliente locations while all have good Aspinwall is definitely my preferred one. Staff is always friendly. Never had a bad experience there.

Best Service. Genuinely the most comforting, most understanding, and enjoyable place ever. They remember our names, orders, and schools. If I’m on death row I want to have a cluckin hot cheesanater at my feet. Please change the name to cluckin hot hirschanater!
