Stopped in this afternoon for a beer with a former work bud from NJ today 11/01/25. Was greeted by our gracious barmaid Christina who took time to give us a tour of the working brewery. Wow, what a brewery that is totally legit. Fermentation tanks, mash tuns, which are gigantic. It was so cool to see where 2SP is actually made. As a former home brewer, I was blown away. The beers were just as spectacular. Check out 2SP, you won’t be disappointed. Cheers from Prospect...
Good beer. But too many ne/hazy ipas. Not one West Coast IPA. I know that's the trend right now but I love West Coast IPAs. Hazy not so much. A good selection of non-IPA styles though. The maibock is good. And the hoppy pils.
Great brewery tasting room. Spacious with a bar and tables. Outdoors seating as well. Food trucks on weekends. I’ve liked their beers over the years but never made it to the brewery. Remnant 4 hit the spot!!!! I like it more now!
