I had their salmon with mashed potatoes and broccoli. My salmon was burnt and mashed potatoes were bland, but the broccoli was tasty. However, this is Applebees first time messing up my dish. I went around 1:20pm ish on a Saturday.

half price appetizers are the way to go. you can get a variety of food. So 2 people can get 4 things to split instead of one plate each for the same price

Been a patron of this Applebees for years and found it silly how I haven't given a review yet. Never had any issues here. Rather the experience was in person or through an online order. The staff is always courteous and lovely. There's been some occassions in ehich the manager eould come around asking of how the staff service is. And I never recall being dissatisfied while here. Wish I could be a bit more critical but I always know what to expect when I come here. Good food and good people.
If I would critique anything, there were only a handful of times in which a staff member had us waiting a bit for curbside...but one just has to take into account that this is a restaurant in which the employees are working together but also on top of taking care of the customers who are dining in. And when the service was a bit late, the employees were always very courteous by giving an apology or communicating the wait time to us out in the cars. Once again, I give them total grace as it's a rare occasion.

Power was out locally, so since they had power, Applebee's staff was busy and flustered. Not sure why the kitchen sent my entrée out before the appetizer, but everything tasted good 😋! I like that Applebee's food is consistently good to great and usually very fast. They just got extra slammed with a Thursday night crew and customers expecting them to stay open later. The staff did a great job of showing a positive attitude (that I saw) while busy and staying later than scheduled.
Came here during a power outage and they were slammed but handled it very well and out server was very nice and attentive. Food came out quickly too.

Came here yesterday for lunch with some friends. We had such a nice lunch together. We had a group of 6 and we were lucky enough to get the big corner booth. We don’t like tables and to say we were nervous we were gonna get a table is an understatement. We were shaking in our boots so bad we could hardly walk in and ask for a booth in fear we would get a table instead. We got the pretzel appetizer and they were gone in a few minutes those things r bussin !! I got the fried chicken sandwich which was really good. My mom got the wonton tocos and my friend got the burger. My sister got shrimp. We all really enjoyed our meal and our server was super friendly and made our experience a lot of fun. We r not from this area as we were visiting friends yesterday but we will definitely come back here as this location was really good and a little better service then Middletown is. Thanks for a fun lunch experience I appreciate the kind friendly staff. Btw the fire alarm pull station by the front door has definitely seen better days. Might wanna replace that.
