We have been going to this location for years. Currently, the walkways are filthy, weeds in all the cracks and pots, grass not cut, trash all over the ground, dog poo in grass. Really bad. Service and ice cream still good, but can’t stay there to eat.

Good ice cream, but the price?! A Kid's dirt sundae $5. A turtle sundae in a cup not much larger than the kid's sundae $8. I'm all for paying for quality, but as seen below -- it's not all that. (I left the price plus card for size reference) Disappointing. There's a homemade mom & pop ice cream place nearby. I'd give them my money before I go back here.

The ice cream here is very good, and the employees are very helpful. The store is also clean looking. But the manager creates a bad work environment. I have been a customer here a few times and when I see him he speaks in a very passive aggressive tone towards the employees, It’s not a good look for the store for me to witness the disrespect.

I’ve have been coming to brusters for the last 15 years. Their ice cream is so delicious. We love the unique flavors especially cotton candy explosion and white raspberry truffle and the different flavors each day! Definitely worth the visit.
I’ve been an avid patron here for years and the last 4 times I’ve been there the ice cream is completely tasteless. It’s almost like they’re cutting costs. It’s always been excellent ice cream and now it seems consistently watered down.
