The tournament this weekend is a joke. AA teams entering as A, penalties called on both teams that were clean hits. Let’s take the fun out of hockey, why don’t you. What a waste of team dues.

Location is everything: nice to watch hockey, have a beer and lunch. Food is hit and miss: burger was as dry as a hockey puck chicken tenders and mozzarella sticks were good.

Yes it's a pub in a hockey complex but don't let that fool you. Great food and beer plus the staff is super friendly.

First off, the food is average at best, but you are not really coming for food.... The beer is cold, the tap lines are clean, and the hockey view of rinks 3 and 4 are awesome. The waitresses and bartenders are great. Comparing it to other rinks with Pubs, this one is the best. Tons of tv's to watch a game as well. Lets go Flyers and Delco Phantoms!

This pub has gone SERIOUSLY downhill. I sat for 45 min without being asked if I would like a drink , food etc. When I went to the bar to do so, I got an attitude. Mind you it was not busy, 20 people max. I guess if you're not a "regular" you don't matter. It was never like this before and I'm not sure whats changed, but spending so much time in this place, its a serious disappointment.

Decided to order from here on DoorDash since I was getting tired of my normal places. Pleasantly surprised! Classic American pub fare done really well. The mac n cheese bites were cheesier than others I’ve had, which was awesome. The cheese sauce with the pretzel bites was really thick and creamy! I had instructed fried onion and bbq sauce on the chicken cheesesteak if possible and OMG. It was amazing! Just the perfect amount of sauce to give it that bbq flavor I love. Really impressed. Will be returning!

We were here for hockey playoffs and the bathrooms and locker rooms were not clean either days! We opened the place up at 7:00 A.M. and the bathrooms were disgusting. Management knew about the playoffs well in advance and should have hired a service or a few extra people to clean up after two very full and busy days. The ice rinks are adequate and the pub has good food, but overshadowed by filthiness.

This is a great place to watch a hockey game. Good pub to get something to eat whilst here. You don’t even miss a minute of the game with the windows overlooking the rink. Nice way to spend family time. We often come here with our children and grandchildren to watch games.

Went in today to watch my little cousins game. Went to spend time with family, have some good food and just enjoy my Saturday afternoon. For the most part that was very much accomplished. The bartender, Roccelle, was great! So sweet and even recommended some food options since I was so indecisive. Every time I went up for whatever reason she was so sweet. We sat right near the bar and she was constantly moving. I bartend myself so I know the amount of work that could be. I also know about customer service. Which brings me to why I'm writing this review. The bartender that came on for the next shift was down right disrespectful. Not only cursing and yelling AS SOON as she got in, but throwing boxes as well. I have never worked anywhere where that is tolerated; and from the other reviews this isn't the first time. I'm not one to write a bad review, but the dirty blonde curly haired bartender should be fired. I would never employ her or tolerate her attitude anywhere. I actually stopped going back up to the bar and purchasing once I saw how she acted. If anything, Roccelle should have those later shifts. Atleast her attitude is correct. Always smiling and never once got an inkling of an attitude; even when I was taking forever to order. Every other word out of that bartenders mouth was the F word. Although not many there was still kids there. Even if it was all adults it's still extremely disrespectful. IceWorks bar should be ashamed of themselves for having such a disrespectful bartender who not only has the foulest of mouths, but absolutely does not know how to treat her coworkers AT ALL.

Enjoying my time here at the Ice Works pub while My daughter does free skate. Place seems nice, good beer selection and Eagles are actually winning. But I ha e to say... while the kids under 10 around here outnumber the adults the F-bombs coming out of the bartenders mouth are cringeworthy. Apparently there is a spat regarding bar set up but I am actually uncomfortable with the truck driver mouth of this bartender- no offense to truck drivers intended. I will never be back here and when my 8 year is done skating this is the last place I would ever bring g her.

I was in here over the weekend while my kids played. The morning bartenders were awesome. Shift change, not so much. The disgusting mouth on the bartender with the curly hair was foul, disgusting and unprofessional. The way she was yelling at other employees, throwing things and how rude she was to customers blows my mind. I don't know how this woman is even employed. I will not be back. Warn your friends and family to stay away!

The bartenders are the rudest bunch of tenders ever. They want a new name for the bat it should be... Bitches Bar & Grill. There is a great brewery 2 blocks away.
