We ordered a 4 piece dinner tonight and chicken fingers. The chicken was just ok. Tender but not fried well. Red beans were good. Biscuit was a bit hard and dry. Ok for fast food

Service here is soooo trash especially at night. The wait times are always long and then the order always seems to be wrong or missing an item. I usually go during my breaks from work and I’ll tell you now it doesn’t matter what time of day you go they will have you waiting always pulling cars up sometimes forget your pulled up waiting on your food. I go because it’s the closet thing other than Taco Bell. They can’t even keep staffing the crew is constantly changing and idk if they do proper training because they never know anything. That new night manager knows nothing he could barely take my order and always yelling. This use to be a great place to grab a quick bit.
Food is always banging but the service really makes you question the definition of “fast food”

Don't ever bother buying from Popeyes. They are a rip off. My wife and I bought food from them and the food was cold and dry. And when I contacted customer support all they could give us is 600 points. That's only good for one stinking sandwich. That doesn't replace both combo meals that we paid for. They won't even give a full refund. They are ripping customers off. That's why I'm telling everyone. Stop buying from Popeyes. Trust me go somewhere else to eat. They don't care about you as a customer. I'll never buy from them again.

Be careful when ordering large family meal. Make sure they give you the correct amount of pieces. I order 16 pieces and only receive 15 pieces. The best part, I called to provide feedback on their quality control. I mention to them they need to take time to count better, the same person who took my order said they gave one extra piece and that I was wrong.🤦🏻♂️
Before you go, count your pieces of chicken before you leave the place.
