I Googled Pretzel Factory (needed pretzels for my daughters school) & it brought me here. Wasn't as good as PF, price is about the same, pretzels ate kinda hard like they'd been sitting a while, but I got them 1st thing in the morning (8⁴⁵am), it's a very small shop but looked clean. The customer service was great tho!

John is wonderful! He last minute was able to come up with a whole pretzel tray last minute party (same day!!) for an amazing price and couldn’t be any more friendly. Highly highly recommend to anyone in the area and we will be getting all of our party trays from Pretzel Boys from here on out!

Was a bit disappointed, I called in my order on Thursday for the super bowl including the dips I wanted, sunday I go to pick up the pretzels and the dips I preordered were sold out. Not sure how the happens when I specifically requested dip in advance to go with my pretzel trey.
