These guys are a joke. Like how hard is it to sell pretzels. And they never have dips. Lazy and pathetic people work here. Do better guys.

Was a bit disappointed, I called in my order on Thursday for the super bowl including the dips I wanted, sunday I go to pick up the pretzels and the dips I preordered were sold out. Not sure how the happens when I specifically requested dip in advance to go with my pretzel trey.

Last visit there and the place was a complete dump. Looks like they haven’t properly cleaned in years. Food and ingredients on the floor, trash overflowing, burnt pans with burnt food stacked on each other, counters were filthy and sticky, looks like the warming case hasn’t been cleaned since they opened. Down right filthy and disgusting. Cheese is always almost out and thick and clumpy. Standards have gone down the drain. Horrible and hope they make changes soon.

Prezels were thin and needy. They weren't close to Philly Pretzel quality (closed for the holiday). It was disappointing to see the quality. Staff were pleasant/cordial but not super friendly. I took an out of town family member here and wished we'd waited.

Have driven past a million times, and recently popped in a few times and have had such lovely experiences. The owner is friendly, personable and his team is top notch. The pretzels are delicious and perfect, and even on a busy day - like, for example, 5 hours before kickoff of the Super Bowl, we were able to pop in, snag 8 hot pretzels and be on our way in moments. Price is right. Awesome spot, thanks so much.
Someone sent me a gift. Received the gift. The pretzels were thrown into a box, with brown packaging paper thrown on the top. No protective packaging for the FOOD. No bag, nothing. This has to be against FDA standards.it is unsanitary to ship food like this. Yes when they were received, they were wet and mouldy. Terrible.
