Sarah was completely unprofessional and rude. She did not get the order right in the first place and gave me trouble when I called to get it fixed. Not to mention I had to call 5 times just for her to pick up the phone. This all happened before their closing time of 8pm.
Sarah was rude, unprofessional, and should look for a different industry. Not only was our order wrong - which is fine, it happens & we would have been understanding - the staff failed to answer the phone over 5 times, placed me on excessive holds, and argued about getting our hoagie wrong - it was just supposed to be ham cheese and mayo, not too complicated. If it was handled even semi-professionally, my partner and I would not have minded at all, but she was condescending, combative, and hostile when we returned for our sandwich, having to unlock the doors despite it being 20 minutes before posted close.

Let me say that the food from Primos is always good. I get take out when running errands nearby. Ordered sandwiches and macaroni and potato salads are good also. But I have to say though that the person who took our order was literally miserable on the phone. Hope to chalk it up to everyone has bad days but when your job is customer service....if you hate your job get a different one. Person at pick up was great. Never had a bad sandwich from this shop. Getting a little pricey though! Over $50 for a few sandwiches. Yikes. Are there tarrifs in lunch meats?? (Kidding, not kidding) 😝😭 The cost will definitely affect orders in the future.

Primo's was our go-to lunch when we lived in Aston. We're years away now, but we were talking about how good their hoagies were. They were memorable! We just looked up the menu online and our favs - the Nonna's broccoli rabe and the Sharp Italian. We moved away, but we will be back!

The Roast Beef Schwartzie is delicious. I’m originally from South Philly. There only one thing keeping me from a 5 Star. When the individuals prepare the sandwich, they need open the sandwich and place everything beside the meat on both sides. This way you have the meat in the middle.🤔🤪😎😳👌🏻👍🏻

If you're in a mood for a hoagie 🤤 this is the place to go. Soo I went in got a hoagie and from the fresh crispy roll to the meats and fixings 🤤. Yes the first time in a long time my stomach wasn't messed up. Soo I know from the person making it to where it was made very clean and a great tasting hoagie👍

Utter incompetence. Sent wrong item. Called three times without staff refunding me the difference. Finally got manager. Whopping 16 cents refunded? Unbelievable. No accountability here apparently.

We’ve gotten a couple door dash orders from here lately. Everything is always fresh and delicious! Absolutely love the seeded rolls. Did a pick up
order today and the customer service was also great. Honestly the best hoagies I’ve had in a long time. This is our new go to spot!
Delicious hoagies

Nothing wrong with this location, but I just don't see what the big draw with Primo Hoagies are. The meats they use are good but the bread completely kills the experience. Ironically that's what Primo is known for, its bread. My coworkers used to get sandwiches from a center city Philly location and I remember the sandwiches being at least 12 inches, but I'm guessing due to rising costs, the size of the sandwiches have gotten smaller. I would definitely come back again if I could get a hoagie without that bread and just a regular hoagie role, but alas it wouldn't be a Primo. Oh but that dirt cake is legit. If I had Bezos money I'd have a swimming pool filled with it and I would just swim in it all day, just imagine all that dirt cakey goodness all over your body, it would be a legit reason to lick your fingers (still gross though). I may go back just for a couple tubs of dirt cake. You know what, imma do it.

Bread they use for the hoagie is hard in my opinion, but they have THE BEST OATMEAL RAISIN COOKIES ON
