Rita's is pretty expensive if you like that kind of thing. There is nothing particularly great about Rita's.

The service is good. Tried one of their seasonal "concretes." Not a whole lot of goodies in there; more like vanilla custard with some pumpkin pie spice. With a 25% off coupon, that came in just under $5. My son's strawberry shortcake concrete was over $5. Not bad, all things considered, but we'll be sticking with the water ice from now on.

Just don't ever go there with high expectations, and I suppose you won't be disappointed. I still stand by my Google review though, the girls are a bunch of twits!

It's Rita's you can rarely go wrong. The staff tonight was friendly, helpful, courteous and our order came out clean.

I ordered 3 quarts for a class party I needed 18 cups The lady was so petty she said only 5 cups per quart so I told her I would pay for the extra three she told me there was no way to ring that up. I’ve ordered from here and for a lot of school party’s they allowed to get 23 cups one time I don’t know kinda annoyed me because I had to stop at Acme on the way back to the school just to get cups. Even after I told her it was for a class she still didn’t give those cups up

This location is usually good but today I ordered 2 large gelatis and they skimped on the custard; hardly any at the bottom. It's a sad state of affairs, truly... willing to give them another chance but I this is a massive blemish on an otherwise perfect record.

Went an got a large pineapple can't even taste no pineapple also got a Swedish fish wife said couldn't even taste it. Sad sad day, by the way line was to long, to go back up an say something

Need answers after patronizing this business I sat in my car to eat my water, ice in the handicap spot that’s in front of Rita’s not even 5 min of eating a police officer came up to my window and asked me do I have a plaque in which I did it just wasn’t sitting up straight . He said that someone called the cops and said I was illegally parked in which I can only surmise that it had to be one of the Rita’s employees. Why would y'all have to call the cops after I just got done getting my water ice to sit in my car? It was never that serious when you put someones life in danger especially in this type of climate, were racism and police brutality exist and you make a frivolous call like that even the officer was annoyed , but to even have him approach me and cause a scene never again . Will not be spending my dollars here anymore going forward. I live in this community with my children and we come here often but never again . Y’all tried it and to the the tired delayed employees that made the call keeping that mentality like that will cause serious danger to innocent people.

Water Ice is always good. But the girls who work there are a bunch twits. One started to take my order and ran away because of a bee ? they all run around like chickens with their heads cut off. This is why I don't go more often.

The Custard is pretty good. The complaint that I'd like looked into is that I'm priced differently each time I visit, but order the same items. The young lady shared I was priced higher due to toppings. They are the EXACT same toppings ordered (Peanuts), but $5.00 cheaper on a different day.
