this is hands down the WORST taco bell i have ever been to, staff could not care less about any customer that walks in, they take forever and the food 10 out of 10 times is wrong and takes forever, spend your money literally ANYWHERE else, cause this place is trash

Still the Worst Taco Bell in South Eastern Pennsylvania. The Kitchen Staff Broke my crunchy tacos in half on purpose. They made the taco and then broke them. They have an older lady working there and she’s just as immature as the rest of them.The entire staff comes to work to have fun and steal money!!!!!
Taco Bell is always good. I think it’s the best bang for your buck fast food restaurant. In other fast food restaurants you spend a lot more per person and get less than what you get here. It’s the best Tex mex fast food restaurant.

Chalupa shells were stale and crunchy.... Was so high that when I finished eating them, I thought they were just hard shell tacos until I saw the wrapper

FOOD. Low quantity of food priced like a dine out restaurant. It is pricey. Everything is expensive today but this one still somehow still bad even with inflation.
SERVICE: Spotty with wait times but most likely you will wait for a long if you go there often; every so often you may be lucky and get your food quick. Delivery pick up drivers be prepared to wait for a long time.
CUSTOMER SERVICE: Non existent practically. Employees don't greet you and its hard to get their attention. They seem to casually crack jokes with one another and make several orders at the same time without serving anyone.
