One of the very few Taco Bells that treats customers with respect and not telling drive thru customers to wait at the parking lot for 5 business days. If any of you think these guys are bad, try the KOP location.

Every time I come for Uber eats or DoorDash even if it’s on Time they keep saying someone took it and I came in 4 times and they kept saying took and I knew they were lying because they didn’t just want to make the food they were cleaning.

If you’re craving stale taco shells, cold mystery meat, and a side of attitude — this is your place. The food tasted like it was left over from last week, and the employee clearly hated being there (and made sure I knew it with every nasty look). Zero effort, zero care, zero reason to ever come back. Honestly, I’ve had better tacos out of a vending machine. WORD OF ADVICE TO THE OWNER, FIRE THE WHOLE STAFF, WHAT A DISGRACE!! THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS GIVING TACO BELL A HORRIFIC REPUTATION. THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE WAS WORSE THAN GOUGING YOUR OWN EYEBALLS OUT WITH A PLASTIC SPORK.. NEVER AGAIN...

Went in ordered 2 chicken chalupa supremes at the counter. The guy turned around and verbally told the kid “2 chicken chalupa supremes”. The kid proceeded to look at me for 10-15 seconds straight furious like he wanted to hurt me. I stood at the counter flabbergasted. Like what’s going on here?!? Isn’t this your job? After the death stare he looks down at the counter not moving and keeps looking up at me giving the wildest look. I was just waiting at the order counter for my 2 chalupas. I ended up walking out of his sight. Went back a min or 2 later the kid is looking at me crazy again. No one else was in there placing an order. I seen 1 couple in the whole place seated eating together. The guy that took my order (my guess the manager) came from the back and said “come on, 2 chicken chalupas”. He looks at me again crazy. Kid didn’t move to make any order, just standing there. I said out loud “u know what man just forget it”. Looked up at me with a blank stare, I walked out of the store not even getting a refund. I’ve been eating Taco Bell for 30+ years all over the country. Never in my life would I think this would ever happen. Oddly enough the reason I’m writing this review now is I was in the CVS across the street last night nearing 9:00pm. Guess who’s outside arguing with their speaker phone blasting??? It’s the same kid that looked like he wanted to kill me for ordering “2 chicken chalupa supremes” at that moment I grinned and said ok. This kid is not a positive member of the community or society. Truly disgusting behavior.
