Got the new "Bourbon BBQ" and it was really good, but just like everywhere else they have made their product smaller for more money, SMH ??????. At least Arby's gives free refills for any fountain drink, unlike Popeye's in West Norriton ???????
Stephanie at the drive-thru late on Friday was very pleasant and efficient. Unfortunately, taking off one star only because my “deal” item from the app of a free classic roast beef was missing from the order, everything else was great!

It used to be good here. Past couple years it has gone down hill fast. No ice for drinks, drinks are flat and warm, sandwich buns are stale, sauce pumps are broken, no air conditioning, staff seem disinterested at best, and upset at your presence at worst.

The employees here are great, everyone is nice. The food gets made fast and is almost always hot. The problem is that the quality of food has dropped drastically lately. I ordered a chicken sandwich, and it was mostly just chicken flavored fried breading, and the meat was cut so thick that it was harf to chew.
