honestly don't even bother going anywhere else for good bagels, you're not going to find anything better than bravo bagels. their quality surpasses no one around here. hands down the best.
However if you have allergies, I would advise you to talk to the staff about cross contamination. more than once I have ordered plain bagels and plain cream cheese, and can taste that it was cut open with the same knife as either an everything bagel or onion bagel.

Food great, bagels fresh and premium. Service could use work. Missing a piece to an order, told cashier I didn’t have all 3 items. I was asked for the bag my food came in as if it would magically appear. I didn’t take a copy of my receipt during purchase because it literally was 3 of the same things lol was told I can’t find receipt in the basket full of receipts. Long story short, mumbling to each other and giving a customer attitude isn’t great etiquette. I did receive my correct order after numerous side eyes. Just confused on how I deserved the looks I was given. Other than that they cook well but training on problem resolution would be necessary.

The girl who made the sandwich didn’t cut it in half - which is standard for what this is. I said something to her about it - politely - and she barely responded and didn’t seem to care. It was whatever.

Best Bagels in KOP- always a welcoming atmosphere , the bagels are top notch, and the ladies who run the kitchen and counter are always super helpful
Nothing else to ask for in a small efficient bagel spot. Whatever they are doing. They are doing it right. I am not from around there but will go out of my way to have the most fluffiest bagels. My go to is the egg bagel with jalapeño cream cheese. I like seasonal stuff too. The pumpkin one was aight. Can’t wait to go back. People are cool too Spencer
