Great coffee, great staff, great vibe!

The atmosphere was great, very aesthetically pleasing and the coffee was so smooth. Matcha with ice cream was amazing as well, Josh made it and it was the best matcha.

I drove over half an hour to come try their strawberry matcha (because seemingly no one in PA understands the rave like Ebru does) and it was entirely worth it. Their matcha was so delicious - not overly sweet and not too earthy. The presentation was beautiful, and the baristas provided amazing service. Anyone complaining about slow service or the atmosphere must be a grouch honestly. I sat in a packed coffee shop that was one of the cutest spaces I’ve enjoyed a drink in, in quite some time - and will definitely be making the drive back sometime soon! Side note - they have beautiful pastries and their chocolate chip cookie was huge and also a 10/10.

Absolutely delicious and unique to the area! From their specialty matchas and seasonal lattes to their assortment of breakfast/brunch items, we’ve never had a bad bite. My current favorite is the fig latte. The cafe itself is so cute — the best is when they open the garage style doors during nice weather. Staff are always friendly even during peak hours. Only wish is that we lived closer! Highly recommend!!

Had a great visit today. So glad we found this spot. Coffee was great, in-house made chai was also excellent. Breakfast tacos hit the spot. Staff/owner spent time with us and we enjoyed every minute of it.

I had a very well made macchiato here. Also recommend the avocado BLT!

This is an absolute must if you value great coffee, simple and fresh ingredients and like to support small business. They check all the boxes. The Costa Rican drip, house made Chai, and breakfast tacos with housemade pico. Everyone we interacted with was helpful and engaging, which is not always the case at a coffee shop. Very well done!

My favorite coffee shop in Pennsylvania by a long stretch. I love the seasonal flavors, everything is made so intentionally and always perfectly balanced. I love how the syrups are all homemade and they even peel pistachio shells to make the pistachio syrup. The workers are all great, particularly Ash!
The only suggestion I can make is for pastries to be toasted to be crispy but otherwise it tastes good.

The most delicious strawberry matcha I have ever had-- and that's coming from someone who lives in NYC part time! A little bit on the pricier side ($10) but TOTALLY worth it! The baristas were also so so sweet and the vibe in here is amazing. Will be coming back!

If you love chai, you must come here. Without a doubt, the most spectacular chai I have ever had. And if you can stay and drink it there, you’ll get it beautifully served in a lovely cup. It adds to the experience. I’m not really a coffee drinker, but my coffee drinking friends think this is the best place in the whole area for a good cup of coffee. They especially love the pour-overs, which most coffee shops don’t do. I wouldn’t go for the food, however. Certainly not the eggs. I don’t know how they’re prepared, but they are nothing I ever want to see again. I plan on going here regularly for the chai. Absolutely outstanding.

Good cold brew coffee but unfortunately, they closed at 2 PM. I arrived just after they close but the good news is they put a chair and table outside so I could still get my cold brew.

My mother and i love to try out new coffee shops in the area and we were throughly excited to try Ebru Roastry for the first time, almost everything was excellent, Sad to say we did have some complaints. We got hot tea, dalgona matcha, avocado toast, and a beignet. The experence between us and the worker behind the counter felt kind of cold and disconnected. There was only one other person in the building that was already served and seated when we ordered and sat down. The avocado toast we ordered took over 20 minutes to get to us, as well as there being 5 customers that came and went that were helped and left before our order was fulfilled. We got a poached egg with our avocado toast as well, that did not come out with the toast. We were told it would be out in a second on the side, where we then proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for the egg to come out, and also saw that the worker in the back was on the phone while making our egg and then for it to be sunny side up and not even poached, and the egg wasn't even fully cooked, the whites were still completely running on the top. I also never received my beignet and had to go up and ask for it after over 35 minutes of waiting. We are disappointed that this occurred, especially during our first visit. I wouldn't say it's worth the $40 for 2 drinks, avocado toast (plus 3 extra dollars for an undercooked egg) one pastry, and the lack of service we received today. The avocado toast was probably the only wonderful thing about our experience. From one barista/food service worker to another it makes me sad to experience what i strive to avoid at other local businesses. Hope to come back in the future with a better experience

Edit: after reading others reviews from previous customers and employees about the manager I will not be returning
