If you love chai, you must come here. Without a doubt, the most spectacular chai I have ever had. And if you can stay and drink it there, you’ll get it beautifully served in a lovely cup. It adds to the experience. I’m not really a coffee drinker, but my coffee drinking friends think this is the best place in the whole area for a good cup of coffee. They especially love the pour-overs, which most coffee shops don’t do. I wouldn’t go for the food, however. Certainly not the eggs. I don’t know how they’re prepared, but they are nothing I ever want to see again. I plan on going here regularly for the chai. Absolutely outstanding.

Good cold brew coffee but unfortunately, they closed at 2 PM. I arrived just after they close but the good news is they put a chair and table outside so I could still get my cold brew.

My mother and i love to try out new coffee shops in the area and we were throughly excited to try Ebru Roastry for the first time, almost everything was excellent, Sad to say we did have some complaints. We got hot tea, dalgona matcha, avocado toast, and a beignet. The experence between us and the worker behind the counter felt kind of cold and disconnected. There was only one other person in the building that was already served and seated when we ordered and sat down. The avocado toast we ordered took over 20 minutes to get to us, as well as there being 5 customers that came and went that were helped and left before our order was fulfilled. We got a poached egg with our avocado toast as well, that did not come out with the toast. We were told it would be out in a second on the side, where we then proceeded to wait another 7 minutes for the egg to come out, and also saw that the worker in the back was on the phone while making our egg and then for it to be sunny side up and not even poached, and the egg wasn't even fully cooked, the whites were still completely running on the top. I also never received my beignet and had to go up and ask for it after over 35 minutes of waiting. We are disappointed that this occurred, especially during our first visit. I wouldn't say it's worth the $40 for 2 drinks, avocado toast (plus 3 extra dollars for an undercooked egg) one pastry, and the lack of service we received today. The avocado toast was probably the only wonderful thing about our experience. From one barista/food service worker to another it makes me sad to experience what i strive to avoid at other local businesses. Hope to come back in the future with a better experience

Edit: after reading others reviews from previous customers and employees about the manager I will not be returning

It was my second time visiting here and the matcha is AMAZING!! Such high quality matcha used and the perfect level of sweetness for me. I got a matcha both times, the first time plain and the second time I got strawberry. Both were so so good and by far the best strawberry matcha I’ve ever had. Service was also great! I wanted a non dairy version of a special drink on the menu and the barista was very helpful and willing to do so. The only downsides was that the food wasn’t that good and the atmosphere has an industrial feeling. I like cozier cafes so this is just personal preference.

Skip crumbl and insomnia cookies and come here! I’m always looking for a great, classic chocolate chip cookie and this is IT. Huge shoutout to Ash and the baking team here, they’ve perfected their cookie recipe. While I love coming to get a latte or a dirty iced chai (made in-house btw, not a pre-made mix like everywhere else!!), you won’t see me walking out without a cookie!

The beans our outstanding. The Ethiopian light roasts are usually my go to. Very fruity, bright, and acidic. The tasting notes are Generally spot on.

Inya - 9/10 Wish it was a little less hoppy and more fruity.

The food is pretty good.

Syrups are ok.

The sweets/pastries I could not recommend.

Hoping they get a bigger space one day.

Did management change or something? I used to love treating myself to a bacon egg and cheese on a bagel (and a latte) because it was always so yummy and made to perfection. I went in this morning & was coldly greeted by the barista, who was also rolling their eyes at the customer in front of me behind their back. I was so disappointed in the food - a rock hard bagel, the tiniest sliver of an egg which was overcooked, I don’t even think there was cheese on it. $17.95 for a breakfast sandwich (that I barely could swallow) and a latte! Here I thought Starbucks was expensive. I truly hope management can provide training to the baristas on how to be more welcoming to customers as it made for a really uncomfortable experience.

I'm not a coffee lover. I stepped in to get a non-dairy shake and they offered to try their Iced latte with Macadamia milk. It just blew my mind. Love their story and their passion for coffee. I want to go back here with my wife who's a great coffee lover. Great vibe in the cafe. Keep up the good work and especially the culture and standards. Good luck guys!!

Regular coffee tastes like burnt, day old, dunkin coffee.

I had an amazing experience at Ebru Coffee! The Ethiopian pour over I ordered was absolutely perfect – rich, flavorful, and brewed to perfection. Pairing it with one of their cream-filled beignets was a fantastic choice. The beignet was light, fluffy, and had just the right amount of sweetness with that delicious cream filling. The cozy atmosphere and friendly service made the experience even better. If you’re a coffee lover or just looking for a great place to relax, I highly recommend Ebru Coffee. I’ll definitely be back!
