Cheating the system. Ordered from the ai drive through. Pay for my food. They give me my drink and then tell me to pull around and wait for my order. Not bc something wasnt ready... because they get timed per order. There's about 5 people in the parking lot and when the person 1st brings out food doesnt know where to take it. Almost gives me thr wrong order. So I ask. Why are you doing it this way. The worker responds bc were timed and makes us look better. Fraud! Hope corporate sees this and sends a secret buyer.

This taco bell uses AI for the drive through. The AI got out order wrong, tried to fix it with the cashier who said it was order already and couldn't be changed. Took talking to a manger to get my order right.

Brought hard shell beef taco. The meat is super COLD not at required temperature for serving. I threw it away didn’t bother going back asking for another. The food served very cold.
