I haven’t even had my food yet. This review is solely based on the service. If you are a person of any color other than white, AVOID this location and/or Carolyn. I hate to make it a race thing, especially today’s society, but it was clear as day. You might as well put a “WHITES ONLY” sign on the door, so we understand what type of establishment this particular location is, so you serve who you feel is worthy enough. My family has served this country. Policeman and ex-military, which was obvious on my licensed plate and I still didn’t get close to average treatment. I was overcharged, underserved, and mistreated.

The soft taco was ice cold and tasted like it had been in the fridge, the black beans in the side of rice & beans were hard, and they didn't give me a fork.

Updated on Sept 13, 2024 I got a box with 1 Beefy layer burrito, 1 Beefy Chalupa Supreme, 1 Double stacked taco, 1 Chips and Cheese, and 1 medium drink...all good except Chalupa. Chalupa is my favorite and Chalupa is the only reason that I go to Taco Bell. Unfortunately, Taco Bell is loosing the overall quality of Chalupas, not only this location. I am not sure I will go back to Taco Bell again because of the Chalupa's poor quality issue.
Previous Review... I picked up and ate 'Build Your Own Cravings Box' after Mobile order at this location: Pepci, Nacho, Chalupa Supreme, and Beefy Burrito. My food was nicely packed in the box and fresh that I like most except Chalupa. I am not sure whether or not it is this location's problem because I haven't been to Taco Bell for about a year. Chalupa tssted fresh, but its inside stuff was much less than my previous experiences. I go to Taco Bell because of CHALUPA, so I was a little bit disappointed by the much thinner Chalupa because of the poorly stuffed even though it was freshly and tasty prepared. By the way, this location staffs paid attention to me kindly as soon as they found a wondering customer (me). It's very impressive.

Great location. Newly renovated and clean. Staff was friendly, attentive And efficient. The food was prepared quickly and accurately. The dining room was clean. The drink and condiment areas were well stocked and clean as well. Bathrooms are well maintained. Plenty of parking. Overall a great experience. Definitely recommended! 🌮

Went here while waiting for my cat to be treated at the Veteranarian hospital up the street. I was all stressed... getting snacks from here calmed me. Your drive thru dude is a good guy. Great vibes. ...snacks were on point.
Vegetarian options: I get a bean burrito supreme... I ask for extra lettuce. ...with that ? sauce.

Extremely slow service. Soda machines are out with no notice or even them telling you. Dirty floors. No friendly interaction at all. They all looked miserable even when handing you your food.
