Great chocolate products and fresh delicious ice cream! Great service! Special flavors of day! Since my family were originally from Switzerland, I wanted to try this place! Turned out great!

The place was absolutely packed on a Friday night. It was surprising to see only 3 ice cream flavors: chocolate, vanilla and a special custom one they made but that's what makes the quality of the ice cream so good. I got a turtle ice cream sundae and it was incredible. The ice cream itself was so creamy and the perfect amount of milky tasting. What stood out was the flavor was a touch more sweet than store bought ice cream, maybe from vanilla extract but not in an overpowering way at all. They also sold various candy, chocolates and candied apples. I took home a turtle apple too, which was also incredible. Green apple was fresh, chocolate covering was decadent and combo of toppings perfect. I have no pictures to share because it was eaten too quickly. Please do yourself a favor and visit!

Three friends stopped here for dessert. It's the best ice cream store in my experience. We were not disappointed. Service was quick and friendly. A happy family place that Saturday early evening.

I have been a big supporter of Zwalens. their products are very good quality and the people that work there are very nice. however like many business today the prices have skyrocketed and the quantity quality has also went down. when you get the flavor of the day there was always a good bit of toppings in the ice cream. now you hardly get anything in it and the price went from $7 a quart to $10 a quart. for the same price Brusters gives a bunch of toppings in their ice cream. sorry I can't support this business any longer. if we don't purchase these type of business they will eventually get the message.

As part of a group for 13 women, we are always accommodated. This is place that is not just for ice cream, their candy and chocolate, covered apples and pretzels are excellent. We usually push two tables together and it's perfect.

Candy, Apples and Ice Cream are so Tasty! Excellent Stuff! However they have the most awful Customer Service and Staff especially the one older lady who looks like a manager or maybe the owner. She always has a sour look on her face. Today my Dad was buying Valentine's gifts and it took forever for someone to check him out for his candy purchase. The store was not busy and there was no lines. When I was looking in the cases to buy chocolates and apples and I was going to buy quite a bit, this lady walked by me three or four time and not once did she ask if I needed help. This has happened to me several times before when visiting this store and I got the same treatment. Maybe I'm not fancy enough to be waited on??? Never again! I am never coming to this place for anything especially since there are so many good chocolate stores in the area that has Awesome and friendly service!

The caramel chocolate apples here are the best I’ve ever had and I order them by mail several times a year. They also have homemade ice cream and hot fudge which are amazing, and individual chocolates. I wish we lived closer but it’s probably a good thing we don’t! I highly recommend the turtle apple, toffee apple, M&M apple, Oreo apple, and pretty much any of them! They make great gifts for teachers or neighbors at the holidays or the end of the school year. Be sure to order early because they don’t ship after Mother’s Day and during the summer months.
