I had an awesome experience at the Burger King on Ohio River Road in Avalon, PA. The food was fresh, the restaurant was clean, and the service was on point, but what really made the difference was Alyssa, the manager. She is absolutely amazing. You can tell she truly cares about her customers and her team. Her energy, professionalism, and kindness make the whole place run smoothly and create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s rare to see someone take so much pride in their work, and it shows every time you walk in.
If every restaurant had a manager like Alyssa, fast food would be on a whole different level. Highly recommend stopping by!

I got a Whopper with black hair in it and when I called they said no one with black hair worked there. The lady who waited on us had black hair. Hair in food is unacceptable. I will never eat there again
One employee through the drive through had a bad attitude and when we was missing food and we asked about it and we showed out receipt she made it like we was lying and demanded to see our food and was trying to touch our fries.in the back and when I said no got a bigger attitude so I requested a total refund on my entire order and the manager gave me back all my money and told me to keep tbe food we got but I gave it back cause that employees touched all of the whoppers as she unwrapped all of them .
