If I stand at your empty counter for 5 minutes while your employees loaf around and do nothing and then when they FINALLY address me you interrupt me in the middle of every thing I say you deserve to fail. It's supposed to be fast food, we only tolerate the quality of your food because you get it to us fast enough to shove it in our face on our lunch break

Be careful when you ask for some ketchup for the fries 🍟 ooohh .
First time I've ever been verbally attacked and berated at a drive thru window. 9:20pm on New Years Eve coming back from visiting my youngest in the ICU...just trying to grab a late dinner for my other 2 kids. I couldn't quite pull right up to the ordering microphone because of where the car in front of me was stopped. When the staff spoke through the intercom, I still replied back that I was taking a look at the board so as to be polite. I suppose the staff did not hear my reply because she sharply replied within a few brief seconds, 'are you going to order or not?' then with an aggressive tone proceeded to chastise me that they were closing soon and I needed to 'act like an adult and speak up like everyone else.' It's possible that the drive thru intercom system may need some repairs. Needless to say, this location has lost a family of previous loyal customers, who due to a logistically challenging and draining season of life, have been eating out alot.

I called and asked about a menu item and instead of receiving help, the miserable women who answered the phone said “we have no times for games” and hung up. Terrible customer service and the old head that answered should be fired. I understand that working at Burger King as an elder may be hard, but there is no reason for me to be disrespected when asking about menu items.
