I love coming to this location, I developed relationships with a lot of the staff at this location 2 in particular Ashley and Mike they make sure you’re order is right and if someone messes your order up they’ll make sure they correct immediately 10/10

I was called an asshole by a team member because I he asked me who I was picking up a Uber Eats delivery for. I responded several times saying Jada. He obviously didn’t understand me so I said Jada louder and he got offended and called me an asshole!! I couldn’t believe it. Disrespectful place. Terrible customer service every time I pick up an order here. This was today, 11/17/2025 at 8:30am.

I’ve stayed silent too long now. I’ve ordered an everything bagel with cream cheese all 5 days this week and 5/5 of those days I’ve been served a bagel that was so stale I couldn’t even bite into it. Each day I go back hoping they have a new batch made since I would hope they make them frequently. But each day they were harder and harder to bite into. You really need some quality control. If the bagel would break the front window like a brick being thrown at it, I think you ought to tell the customers you don’t have any bagels instead of slapping cream cheese on it and serving it.

Showed up in the afternoon where there were no cars in the drive thru or customers in the cafe and went into the cafe to see the donut selection. There were 3 employees at the time all goofing off on headsets. Waited 7 minutes at the register and then left.

Worst service ever I was the only customer in the drive thru and it took ten minutes to get a coffee and two glazed donuts. No sugar and the donuts were wet.

The staff here are amazing and as someone who drives around the Pgh area for a living. I have to say I am so excited every time I find out this is the closest one to me. Absolutely great staff and management ! They make the best Dunkin Energy and I need that as an on the go entrepreneur. Thank you Dunkin Avalon

Make sure to order an hour in advance and expect a minimum weight of 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I understand they are understaffed, and the turnover rate is astronomically high. However, there is no urgency or rush on their part and they will ignore anyone looking at them or trying to speak with them. The Dunkin in Westview if you have the time is a much tighter ship!
