The staff here are amazing and as someone who drives around the Pgh area for a living. I have to say I am so excited every time I find out this is the closest one to me. Absolutely great staff and management ! They make the best Dunkin Energy and I need that as an on the go entrepreneur. Thank you Dunkin Avalon

Make sure to order an hour in advance and expect a minimum weight of 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I understand they are understaffed, and the turnover rate is astronomically high. However, there is no urgency or rush on their part and they will ignore anyone looking at them or trying to speak with them. The Dunkin in Westview if you have the time is a much tighter ship!

the people were very nice but they left paper on my bacon egg and cheese. they also put it on a croissant when I asked for an English muffin. I did not want to eat paper. so much for my breakfast
