Two times in a row received a latte with like one shot of espresso. Pretty sure the workers don’t know ur supposed to up the amount of shots with bigger sizes. Barely any flavor shots too, legit just milk and one shot of espresso. TRAIN UR EMPLOYEES.

If I could put zero stars I would. Dunkin makes you want to give in and go STRAIGHT to Starbucks bc at least you’ll actually receive quality service and exactly what you paid for. The manager, Rebecca, is a pushover and allows the workers to be rude and nasty with customers even though they are the ones in the wrong. They didn’t get my order right and proceeded to hand me JUST ANYTHING, might have been someone else’s order but it sure wasn’t mine. The drive through young lady rushed us while we were placing our order and then didn’t take accountability when we noticed it was NOT WHAT WE ASKED FOR OR PAID FOR. It’s like they just give you what THEY want to give you instead of what you’re spending your hard earned American dollars for. Left very disappointed and hungry. I guess that what I get for thinking “America runs on Dunkin”

Had the worst experience the short overweight lady working in the kitchen had the nastiest attitude why apply for a job in this field if you will have a bad attitude and provide poor service? Someone will compensate me for the burn I received for her not putting the lid on my coffee cup correctly she needs fired asap!! This is scary to have some like this working around food :(

Unfortunately the food we received (doughnuts, coffee, and a sandwich) were all bad. The doughnuts tasted like they were sitting out a long time, the coffee was good but actually wasn't what had been ordered, and the sandwich was fine. The reason they are getting 4 stars is because the service was great. The lady at the window was very friendly.

Sat at the drive thru speaker for literally 15 minutes. From 11:58am-12:13pm. We were asked to wait a few times. Once someone finally took our order there were no apologies, no discounts, nothing. Literally no acknowledgment. We drove over here from the south hills because we always considered this to be the better Dunkin. Sorely disappointed. I understand things go wrong and can cause a wait, but there’s no excuse to not acknowledge it.

service was very slow and there were a lot of workers in the store so i don't think there was any reason for that. my sister got a drink and her cup leaked, she got another cup from the staff and that one also leaked all over her white uniform. i got a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and it genuinely was so nasty that i took two sips of it and threw it out in the store.

Food there tends to be great, however there does tend to be a lack of options, this time they had practically zero doughnuts available! Is still quite a good choice if Lincoln bakery is not open. Would recommend if it has stock.
