The web page never said bring your own bottle and cash only. I was totally dumbfounded when we got there and this was told to us! In addition, each item was a la carte and it was extraordinarily expensive. This was not the same as my prior experience!!

We come here every year for Valentine’s Day. One of the best Italian restaurants in pittsburgh. The portion sizes are generous, the apps are amazing, and the staff is so welcoming and kind. You definitely don’t leave hungry and always have lunch for the next day.
I try something different every year and it has always been incredible. The chicken piccata is the best I’ve ever had. It melts in your mouth.
The service is fast and efficient, but you don’t feel like you’re rushed out of the door. They treat you like family and let you digest your food.

Was pleasantly surprised when we walked through the door. Dim lighting with lit candles and Italian songs being played set a peaceful atmosphere. The wall decor drew your eyes to beautiful paintings and Italian art pieces. From salad to entree was delicious. Portions were large...we had no room for dessert! We met the owner, Alexander and his nephew, Wayne and enjoyed reminiscing about 'the good old days'. I would highly recommend this fabulous restaurant to one and all.

This is a quaint family run restaurant. The food reminded me of what Nona used to make when growing up in the old neighborhood. I would recommend the meatballs and any pasta dish. Would definitely go back!
