Okay so once again this was not for me but 2 other customers through doordash. I was extremely displeased last night with how the employees were behaving. Firstly I went through the drive thru since they had they lobby doors closed. They told me to pull to the second window. One young man had his back against the window and then once they opened it they told me I should've came inside (which was not an option from the beginning). Then he goes alright I'll get it and as I'm waiting each individual employee came over to the window gawking and loving on my car. Which I normally love but I was upset that I wasn't receiving the orders for doordash. So I left and had to explain to both customers why I couldn't retrieve their food. The employees need to do better with their customer service and after this experience I wouldn't even go order food for myself

The restaurant has improved. The service is quicker and orders correct. Employees need little more people/ social skills.

Horrible experience and I love me some Wendy's My baconator had no bacon on it and my bun was stale my son got the bacon double stack biggie bag no bacon again the fries and nuggets were old the my friend got the new cajun chicken sandwich and was very disappointed said that and his jr bacon cheeseburger was disgusting I will never go here again the only good thing about this place was the beautiful young lady at the front that took my order

When I come here I never expect my food to be hot. However, every time I keep going back— hoping, longing for just that one time my fries or spicy nuggets will be fresh. That one time I dream of tasting that sweet Wendy’s fast food glory. It’s chasing a high I can never catch.

Clearly no one cares at all about this location due to the alarming 3.1/5 stars it has. Not surprised. I try my hardest to avoid this location but alas I tried again only to be disappointed AGAIN.
Can y’all COUNT??? Does a 10 piece nugget mean 8 NUGS??? Which one of you big backs took 2 nuggets for yourself??? Nasty.
And the dude at the first window (@ 9:25pm on Sun 3/9/25) has ZEERRROOOOOO customer service skills. Might as well have just put a brick there. Would’ve been better.
IF YOU CANT HIRE A DECENT.. OR AT THE LEAST… HYGIENIC STAFF THAT WEARS GLOVES AND DOESN'T EAT OUT PEOPLES FOOD… MAYBE YALL SHOULD CLOSE THIS LOCATION AND REEVALUATE.
It’s fast food. You have to deal with the public. Too bad 99% of your staff don’t feel the need to be nice and respectful to customers.
——— an absolute JOKE. the website and google CLEARLY SAY YINZ CLOSE AT 12:00. MIDNIGHT. I came at 11:05 and the man taking out the trash to the dumpster said “WERE CLOSED.” and waved his hand, motioning towards the exit. like i said: A JOKE. Maybe stop hiring 15 year old kids with attitude and no hygiene and you’d have a good staff that can stay till the time it says. Foul.
Awful customer service. Especially the older lady who takes orders at the 1st window. She's unkind and just a miserable person! She literally SLAMMED the window shut and motioned for me to go to the next window!! I've never been treated that way before, especially when I was super friendly towards her.
I don't understood why certain people decide to work in customer service. It's hard to rate any other aspect of the restaurant after being treated that way.

If you want your food spat at this is the place for it . Ordered some food from the drive through the person prepping the food was not wearing gloves he filled up my fries 🍟 then proceeded to grab a couple of fries and eat them then puts it right in the bag as if nothing happened. I told the person on the window to replace my food because that person ate from my food that I paid for without any gloves. The person at the window start throwing a fit and screaming as if I’m in the wrong .I don’t know if that place knows anything about sanitation . Disgusting 🤢 place

Do not recommend going to this location. Was a 10 minute wait for myself and the group ahead of me that ordered just a single meal. Asked for the receipt told they would put it in the bag and to drive forward. They did not put it in the bag and had to drive around again and wait for it. When I tried the food the burger was cold along with the fries. I give this location a try every 6 or so months in hopes that it gets better. At this point I'm writing a review and recommend folks go to the one out in Wexford or Mcknight maybe in a few years it will get better but for how much fast food costs now it is not worth throwing your money away here.
