This wendys is horrible. Afternoon manager lady seems like quite a delight to work with belittling the other workers. It's a shame. Can't get the deal plastered all over the windows because they don't have that deal anymore but are to lazy to take down the sign and wanna be rude when you order said meal deal that is literally plastered everywhere. Should have gave me the deal on the window as you are required to or take the signs down!!!! Biggest issue is the manager that just spreads hate. Unacceptable

Very disappointed in the food. Got a Asiago Chicken sandwich meal, I swear to you all it came with 3 tiny strands of lettuce, I called about it and the manager said “that’s the way they want us to do it”. So ok whatever, then I go to eat my chili and there is almost no beef in it! Literally almost all beans and water lol.

It really has the most disrespectful people especially at night. They also treat their door dash people as shitty as possible and refuse to accommodate anything the employees do wrong like give a doordash driver the wrong things and when the driver tries to correct it, act like it's everyone else's fault but their own. If you want to get angry at people for ordering food from a place that sells food, don't work there. It's as easy as that. It's really the lack of respect overall even dining in. Hire better people.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I've ordered something through Uber eats/grubhub and something was missing from my order. Plus, the crispy chicken sandwich I ordered is almost burnt and ut tasted like the grease is old.

Okay so once again this was not for me but 2 other customers through doordash. I was extremely displeased last night with how the employees were behaving. Firstly I went through the drive thru since they had they lobby doors closed. They told me to pull to the second window. One young man had his back against the window and then once they opened it they told me I should've came inside (which was not an option from the beginning). Then he goes alright I'll get it and as I'm waiting each individual employee came over to the window gawking and loving on my car. Which I normally love but I was upset that I wasn't receiving the orders for doordash. So I left and had to explain to both customers why I couldn't retrieve their food. The employees need to do better with their customer service and after this experience I wouldn't even go order food for myself
