I usually purchase hoagies several times a month. The preparer is always pleasant and efficient, and genuinely makes you fell welcome. The ingredients are always fresh, and of the highest quality. I have never been disappointed. I would highly recommend their products and the staff.
Parking: Parking is streetside, never had difficulty locating a safe place to park.

First time here, great service, great food. I got the Italian hoagie which had everything on it, mayo no dressing. Bread was nice and soft, nice thickness of the meat and cheese. The GF got a bacon turkey ranch wrap. Both sandwiches were very delicious and definitely will be back!

Patty's Subdivision is a great place to stop for out of this world subs. They have a great selection of hot and cold subs to choose from and use nothing but the freshest buns.

Amazing sandwich! The bread was fresh, which they get from a local bakery every day. Great service and family owned/run. Highly recommend. One side note, it is cash only, but they have an ATM inside.

OMG! I love their food and also Patty is AMAZING ! make sure you stop by for chili fries or the amazing Buffalo chicken Sub !
