No large FF containers, so given medium with no kind of refund. Both burgers done wrong. Only cared about asking for cheese so they can charge.

I stopped for a quick meal for my son and I. His food came out fine. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich. Came home and ate 3 bites of the sandwich before realizing the chicken was not even cooked. Completely raw. This is unacceptable. Had to cut all my sons chicken nuggets in half to make sure they were cooked.

This location was opened at a bad time. Opened at the beginning of covid lockdowns 2020. Never had a great experience there. The food is sub par. The staff is questionable. They always want to over talk when they have made mistakes. Had a handful of decent food from this place in 5 years. Between long drive thru waits with only 3 or 4 cars in line. Shouldn't take 10min for a quick burger. I'd highly suggest having a back up place to get food before coming here. Food thrown together, buns seem like they are day Olds that are being served. Veggies look questionable at times. And someone loves to add more mayo than anyone wants. Do better BK!

Ordered a sandwich gotdown the road and got fries,not rocket science
Waited in the drive for an hour and they still messed up my whole order. Terrible.
Your typical Burger King experience – nothing special but nothing bad either. The fries and burgers were decent, just as you'd expect. I did try something new though, the birthday pie, and it was pretty damn good! Not sure if it’s a permanent item or just a limited-time thing, but I enjoyed it. Overall, a solid 3-star experience

It's a badly disorganized burger King. We ordered food on the app ahead of time it took 10 minutes to get through the drive throw(4 cars so not that busy) we waited at the window for another 10 minutes, there were plenty of people just standing while we waited. Then half our order was wrong. The only redeemable thing is they fixed the order fast

Drive-thru at lunchtime One star rating is too high. Ordered a cheeseburger Jr meal. 1st question was "do you want cheese?" DUH! Then " so you want a whopper Jr?" No I want the Jr cheeseburger meal. " 0h, so you want the #5" No a Jr cheeseburger meal, not the same at all. Left with no food. Called the manager who right away interrupted and explained that people get confused between them. I tried to interject, because she wasn't listening, and tried to explain the actual issue, but she got snippy and accused me of interrupting. A very rude lady. She didn't listen to me, the customer, but expected me to listen to her explain something that wasn't even why I called. Then she hung up, After reading reviews, I think I'm lucky that I never got to order.

I went to the Arby's next door and it was friendly and fantastic. They pushed this review of bugger king because I was next door. Ha

Well, where do I begin? Oh, let me start off by saying this: I am NOT going to be kind here, just a warning.
Okay, so I wanted to get some lunch, so I decided to get Burger King. I ordered fries, nuggets, and a chocolate shake. It was normal until the lady said that their machine wasn't working correctly. I still got the shake anyway, and it had the consistency of chocolate milk. Which, I find funny considering I ordered a shake. Also, how does the machine not work. Burger King, you guys are a multi-billion dollar company and your shake machine won't work?
I have another story for you, and this takes place a few months ago, it is not as bad but still pretty bad.
I just got out of ACME, and decided to get some Burger King. I ordered my same fries, nuggets and chocolate shake as usual. Keep the word, "Chocolate" in mind. A lady came and said they only had vanilla shakes. I got it because I don't mind vanilla, but come on Burger King! You have VANILLA shakes but no CHOCOLATE? So yeah, I will never come back to this Burger King, but whatever, you've got billions of dollars so who cares right? Who cares about the countless other reviews complaining about this place.
