Went to the Burger King in Avondale The last day of March ordered a chicken wrap got it to the table, opened it up and it was a hair on it, took it back to the counter and asked for another one. They weren’t even apologetic. They just said here you go then I got the new Sundays the panda Guy gave it to me no whip cream that was a total rip . A lot of times when you get the food go back to the table it’s about half cold the fries are cold I can’t believe anybody even goes there anymore. I think they need new management or and new employees. because what they got now they’re just so miserable. They gotta be lucky they have a job.

Ordered a whopper with cheese, no tomato. Got home and opened up a double whopper with cheese, included tomato, bacon, an jalepano. And the onion rings were cold. Wish I got a receipt so I could respond directly to them.

The food here tastes like any other burger king which is good, but the people working there are just so rude. I was placing an order and the kid helping me kept talking to his friend who was waiting in line behind me. He was super rude.

Some of employees are kind but most of them tend to be really rude. In one of my experiences the food was litterly thrown at me. In another expierence (yesterday) I wanted to make a separate order and the employee who was taking my order started being really disrespectful. He had his AirPods in and I had to repeat myself more than 4 times.

Went here for a quick breakfast, ordered a five piece French toast stick and only got about 3.5 pieces, i had been waiting for roughly 15-20 mins so I didn’t have the time to turn around for them to make it right. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with this Burger King. A few weeks ago I went here and ordered a chocolate milkshake, they handed me a vanilla one I handed it back and said that I ordered chocolate. They then had me pull off and after 25-30mins of waiting an employee came back out and handed me another vanilla milkshake, again I reminded him I ordered a chocolate shake and he looked at me and swore that the white drink in the cup was chocolate. That he couldn’t get it more chocolate if he tried.The hassle it’s worth the food or loss of money from not getting the correct order

Took 25 minutes to place my order while waiting in line with a one year old. They stopped taking orders because they were backed up. There was about 10 people working too. The drive thru was getting their orders first. People were standing in line and leaving. Upper management needs to figure something better or they will lose many customers.
