Nice staff. Great for a pit stop. Listen, the bathroom isn't great. It's kind of grimy and every time we stop here, I never know if the door has actually locked or not. But the staff are really nice, and the drinks are good.

I'm always stopping at this Dunkin' and the new hires are very respectful and kind to the customers. Although there may be a small wait here and there it has really gotten a lot better through the years. Plus the managers are really kind.

I visited this Dunkin almost after 2 years. This Dunkin is actually different now. The employee was there was really pleasant, professional and happy to help. I am impressed by the change in the service. Honestly my latte was never made this good at this location before. I even had to complain about this place two years back. This place is going in good direction. The employee who helped me his name is Manoj, he is the reason I am changing my ratings to 5stars.

The service is terrible! The employees are disrespectful! I asked for a ice coffee, they gave me a hot coffee, they said I order a hot coffee- no I didnt. I had to pay for another coffee. I order a donut, went to the area where they have napkins and sugar- I left my bag with my donut at the counter, went to my car and realized I left my donut -went back into the building - they threw out my donut. I had to buy another donut- this was a matter of seconds!!!!! Beware- tust the reviews here - it tells the story! I won't step foot in that place again!

Stopped in on 8/22/2023 and purchased a xlg coffee and two boston creams at close to closing time and looked at my banking account and seen they charged me$35.81 for it, the guy who took my order is there in the morning also,he doesn't listen very good ! Had my order all screwed up..

Good coffee without having to learn a new language to order a cup of coffee and a donut. Straight forward and easy to deal with. Nice people, friendly and efficient.Kid-friendliness: Munchkins and small drinks make happy kids, who are not overloaded on sugar.
I was just in here. I asked for snacking bacon. The guy literally said "yea I'm not doing that right now, want a donut instead?" He was not in uniform and was sleeping when I walked in. And went back to sleep when I left.
This Dunkin is the absolute worst. The customer service is horrible. My family and I stopped by for coffee and a doughnut, and they were so rude that we walked out. The employees were too bothered chatting and playing on their phones to wait on us. They really should be fired. Plus, the location was dirty, and they were out of doughnuts!, yes, Dunkin doughnuts was out of doughnuts!!! There are 2 other Dunkins that are less than 5 minutes away, we will NEVER return to this location again.
