Placed an order at 10:30am for a noon pick up for a pretzel tray. Arrived at 12:30pm to pick it up and they at that time tell me oven has been broken and have no pretzels, Available. Told me they tried calling me back, yet I had no miss calls. Poor quality of service.

all the girls that helped me today are phenomenal at their jobs. i was greeted and served very quickly. everyone was super friendly and the girl with the blonde curly hair and straight dark hair are gorgeous.

The people that work here are rude...Especially the store manager...they should shut this place down for the way that they treat customers ..the pretzels are small and have no taste...dont waste your money!!!

Done a couple walk in small orders, my timing has always been perfect and everything I ask for is ready in a min or two. Pretzels and such are all delicious and fresh!

Very poorly run and unorganized. I walked in to place an order, after seeing how long and slow the line was moving I decided to place the order online and run a few errands while waiting. I paid online and thankfully was sent a confirmation email because when I went to pick the order up, I was told they didn’t receive it. I showed the receipt and was advised it would be about 10-15 minutes because they would need to make it. I went back 30 minutes later, double what they told me and yet the order still wasn’t ready. All I ordered was a tray of pretzel rivets. I don’t understand why on a Saturday during softball & baseball’s fall season you wouldn’t have plenty of pretzels ready & available.

The pretzels were delicious, but the store can't handle online orders. Yesterday was my second attempt at an online order. My first attempt, about a year ago, I was told they didn't receive it and the store wasn't busy so luckily my order was prepared quickly and I was on my way. Yesterday, at 11:30am before a 1pm Eagles game, my husband went to pick up my online order and he told me that it wasn't ready and there were many people standing around waiting for their online orders that were also not prepared. This store needs management oversight and if they can't handle online orders, then they should stop accepting them. When you are preparing for a party or an event, you want to grab your order and go, not get held up with many other people waiting for an unknown length of time. Very disappointing, especially when you take the time to schedule an online order at a specific time.

The girls in the store were so sweet with my 2 y/o son when we went in for pretzels. They gave us a coloring page and told us to color it and he'd get a free pretzel. The next week, he wanted a pretzel so we hopped in the car but it was 5:58 and they close at 6. I called and said I was about 5 minutes away and had our coloring page. The girl told me that they had to lock the door but they would wait for me and to just knock when I got there. You made my little boy's night twice. Thank you!!!
