Then came the headliners: General Tso’s chicken with that crispy-saucy magic, a rainbow roll that felt like art, and three rolls that seriously understood the assignment — TNT, Dynamite, and Eel. A sushi triple-threat. Just when I thought I couldn’t love this place more… they brought out a cheesesteak egg roll. Yes, you read that right. The lavender cocktail? Floral and flirty. The sake? Excellent sushi! Family favorite! Top quality fish & presentation. Poke bowls are my new favorite. They pack so many delicious things: sushi fish, mango, root veg, seaweed, ginger.. oh my! The veggie sushi is excellent too. The Buddha roll with asparagus sweet potato and yuzu dance is a must try.

We ordered from Sake Hana for the first time today and I’m angry at myself for not trying them sooner. We haven’t dined in yet but our delivery order was excellent. We ordered the eggplant stir fry with chicken and traditional yellow tail roll plus an order of pork fried rice. my husband also got roti pancakes with a dipping sauce but I don’t remember the name of it at the moment. Everything was delicious. And the prices are excellent. The same eggplant dish at Zing in Parkesburg closer to my house is almost double the price. The sushi was fresh and tender. If I had to say one thing I did not like too much was the pork in the pork fried rice. It was too soft and not the consistency of pork. Overall I loved everything and will definitely order again or dine in.
