This place is very stink and dirty. The waiter is very unprofessional, no smile are greet you. The miso was cold and nasty. I ordered the shrimp avocado roll it was falling apart.. Everything about this place is wrong. I am so upset that I even stop there.

We are Sake Hana regulars and are aware of their inconsistent past with the health department. They just closed due to over 40 violations and I’m sad to say we will never eat here again. It’s upsetting that the owners and staff do not care about the health and safety of their customers and repeatedly struggle to meet basic sanitation standards. So disappointed. The food is great, but I wouldn’t touch it again with a ten foot pole knowing what happens behind the kitchen doors.

Closed by the board of health for imminent health hazard: improper hand washing, improper food storage, no sanitizer, mold in the ice machine, general unsanitary conditions, improper cold holding, improper hot holding, raw chicken stored on the floor at room temperature, the entire walk in cooler at 50 degrees, lack of date marking, pesticides used in kitchen area, live mouse observed running around in the kitchen, numerous mouse droppings throughout the kitchen, several live cockroaches running around the kitchen, numerous dead cockroaches present, entire cookline covered in food debris and grease, restroom toilet would not flush, leaking ceiling, holes in the walls, clutter observed throughout .... One of the WORST inspections in the entire state in recent memory. Over 42 Violaions noted.
