Pretty solid food. Some order mistakes, but they remedy it within 5 minutes if it happens. I HATE the A.I. ordering system in the drive through. You can't hire staff?? That's awful, and it is too loud

The limited time 2 pack chicken chalupa need to be permanently added to the menu! I was a little disappointed because the steak one only had one piece of meat on it, hence the 3 star rating. Other than that I would have given 5 stars. Food was hot, drive thru person who brought our food out was excellent and polite...A+ TO HER!

Preparation of food is uneven. Person spreads sauce cheese unevenly- on one 80% of the surface, on the other less than 50% for the same two items.

We ordered food via the app which I highly recommend. You get your food super fast after ordering. Clean bathroom and friendly service. Check out the app for additional deals that are only online. To keep cost s low, stick to the box meals. More bang for your buck and highly customizable....

Very disappointed... the time it took to get my order out while inside is insane, its like they care about the drive thru more then the customers (4+) that are waiting for their food. Its not like I had a large order either. I swear it was never this slow when I worked here smh.

Stopped here for a quick bite. Our order was right with several exceptions and add one. The facility was neat and clean. We ate outside on the patio which was lovely. Great stop!

I used to enjoy this location but they replaced the drive thru order taker with a robot. I wanted a substitution in my meal but couldn't get it at the speaker. I asked for it at the window and they said they couldn't do it because my food was already ready. Not blaming the kid at the window, just saying it's a poorly ran location. Also, the food is laughably portioned. Hardly and meat in the items. If you're unlucky, you'll get a mostly hollow item. If you're lucky, you'll just get a lot of lettuce and tomato but no protein.
Just go to the wawa across the road like everyone else

SUCKED!!! Waiting 28 minutes for 2 burritos. Seemed to only care about drive thru customers. Have to rage on employees to get them to acknowledge you. Will not be goimg back to this taco hell. That is all thank you.

The DDP

This TB has slowly gone down hill over the years. Still cleaner than the old Kennett location but the quality of the food has decreased. Portion sizes continue to shrink as menu items are hit and miss. See the cheesy roll up in the photos, hardly any cheese just a warm tortilla. The Crunchwrap was similarly devoid of meat but the Stacker was well made. Just not sure they are worth going to anymore.

I've been to a lot of restaurants and this is by far the cleanest talk about I've ever seen. Every time I come in there someone is cleaning something or sweeping up or wiping something down and the food is always fresh and quick.

I usually enjoy coming to Taco Bell, but my recent visit to this location was a little disappointing. The staff was friendly, but unfortunately, my order wasn’t correct, and some of the items I paid for were missing. Mistakes happen, but it’s frustrating when you don’t realize until you’re already home.

Another thing I noticed was a customer walking in with a dog, and an employee petting it before handling food and orders. I totally get that people love their pets, but hygiene is super important, especially in a restaurant.

Lastly, not all the sauces were stocked, which isn’t a huge deal, but part of the experience is getting to customize your food just how you like it.

I know things can get busy, and I appreciate the hard work the employees put in. Hopefully, a little extra attention to accuracy, cleanliness, and keeping things stocked will help improve the experience for everyone. Looking forward to giving this place another try—hopefully with a smoother experience next time!
