Tried wayback burgers for first time last week ..wasn’t bad ..just reminded me of another 5guys ..burger was good . Fries were good ..worth checking out ..

my boyfriend and I went here on national cheeseburger day and we were very disappointed. Not only did the employee ignore us for a good 5 minutes when we walked in but BOTH of our burgers were wrong. I've tried reaching out to corporate (like I was asked to do) and have only been ignored so we will not be returning.
For context, we ordered plain burgers and we were both given burgers that were drenched in condiments. There was so much mustard on my burger that it even leaked out of the wrapper and through the bag onto my jeans.

Wow, what can I say, well the only 2 people working there were extremely nice. The cook (young) was great, the actual restaurant was extremely filthy. It was disgusting. Not blaming on the only 2 employees working there cause they were the only ones there. Shame on the owner or manager but I blame it on the owner the most. I would never go back, too dirty. But these days, you can't get help, seems like a lot of people don't want to work. I guess they are living with there mommies and daddies with no bills or responsibility. But still know excuse, owner/manager should be there cleaning or shut it down. It's horrible just about everywhere.

Bunch of snot nose brats that work here that don’t care about the quality of your food or experience. Called to let them know of an ongoing issue and was met by a disrespectful girl that didn’t take responsibility or escalate the issue. Hire new people. You lost a loyal customer.

Ordered thru doordash 3 times, never received my dipping sauces everytime. Orings were soggy and burger was extra greasy.

Our previous experiences at this location have been okay. We returned today for national cheeseburger day and ordered two burgers and an O-fry. My "plain" burger came with pickles, lettuce, tomato, and drowned in mustard. The fries were cold and we were ignored by both employees when we walked in until my boyfriend spoke up. Very disappointed as we did not have time to go back in and wait for them to remake it. ?

Absolutely the worst! We ordered thru DOor Dash awhile ago & they forgot the drinks & the sauces. Swore we would never order again, well now we definitely will never order again!Once again NO sauces that we ordered & the chicken tenders were absolutely disgusting!BURNT & absolutely horrible! Unfortunately I can't post a picture to show how disgusting they are!!!!We will never order again

I was not aware of the plant based patty that is NOT a burger.

I guess you didnt want to upset the other half so you had to “include”the disgusting crap with the other items . I have nothing against whoever wants to eat that but make it a separate menu .
When you show a regular burger, a cheese steak sandwich next to plant based crap between a bun its very deceiving.
Yes it was my fault,I ordered it . But I ordered it with the expectation it was a burger . You know from a burger joint from a place called WAYBACK BURGERS.I received it and threw it in the trash .
You can go however far back you want to go but I can tell you I will never be back!!!
I doordashed here for a burger and a signature hot dog. The burger was good but the hotdog had burnt "caramelized" onions and definitely tasted like a worker threw it on the floor. Sad to say I won't be coming back or doordashing ever again. Possible that the workers hate doordash orders.

We have eaten here ever since it’s been open. My issue is not at all the people and the owner they are awesome but the last two months everytime I, a family member, or friend bas eaten there Ig has resulted in vomiting and or diarrhea. I don’t know if the type of meat has changed or what it has been but it can’t be a coincidence every time we have gone here in the past few months it’s been the same only after consuming Jake’s:(

Giving you guys a 3 star rating because even though the Food ? was Great ? and tasty ; the restaurant could definitely use a deep clean! The floor was filthy and sticky! Windows had finger prints and streaks smeared all over! Also, the Tables had a dirty film too!

Ordered through Grub Hub last night at 745pm. The delivery time was an hour (even though we are six miles away) then it got pushed to 10:23pm (well over an hour after the store closed) I am not sure is this is the stores fault or GrubHub. However, terrible customer service on both parts.

I work as a Delivery driver for Uber eats, Door dash. I got a ping to go get a order, it took me about 10 minutes to get to Wayback Burgers and when I walked into the store I saw 1 guy holding up the counter looking on his phone. When I told him I was there to pickup a order his reply was its going to take about 10 minutes, I said it was only chicken tenders and he stated that they didn't start the order yet. Now I'm going to make $ 6.50 for this delivery and still had to travel 10 minutes away to make the delivery, so I'm going to make 6.50 for 1/2 hour for the delivery then I have to travel back to where I was and that's going to take about 15 minutes and wait for another order. Not to mention gas, wear and tear on vehicle. Please have the order ready for the driver because we work hoping that the order is ready.
