I placed an online order when I got there the gentleman on the drive-thru speaker had avery rude tone. I had asked to place an in personal order also, and he completely cut me off and ignored me. When I got up to the window I said something and was told I had to go back through the drive-thru again to place my in person order. I asked about using coupons they said one coupon per order per car so I placed my order then had to get pulled to wait for onion rings. So after I received my onion rings I decided to walk into Burger King to use the other coupon and was then told that I was not able to use it because I had already used a coupon for today. I asked where I could find that policy but there's nothing that says one coupon per person per day.

The women who works the drive thru in the mornings to afternoons is the rudest lady of all time. Horrible attitude & always rude. It’s honestly like she’s mad you are there. She won’t even reach out to hand you food and beverages it’s like you have to climb out the car. It’s a shame because the food is always good but it deters me to go. I’m sorry you don’t like your job but stop making other people feel uncomfortable and awkward ..

Most places (even if they're fancy restaurants) put blinders on when they get slammed. Not this place. It's the ONLY Burger King between harmerville&Beaver Falls that actually apologizes (even if it is noon and peak lunch time) for your wait and half the time will toss in free cookies for your inconvenience. They're awesome and I've never yet had stale food from this particular burger King. The staff is super friendly and the mgr is as well. He even somehow got really great young employees working for him and being a former store manager that is very challenging.
Vegetarian options: Impossible burger available. Which is awesome. I wish McDonald's would do plant based something. Come on McDonald's...get with 2024!
The thing they called a fiery wrap and that thing is sorry as hell it's smaller then my hand and I have small hands the inside was like they thra chicken nugget some sauce and lettuce tomato and called it a day. Not worth 4 bucks hell not worth 2 bucks will never get it again. Sad part is i haven't ordered from burger King in almost 2 years cause they screw up so badly and I was hoping they improved.

Extremely great dining experience.
I have not been to Burger King in a while, but this one in particular gave nothing short of amazing service. The staff, especially the manager, was really friendly and went out of their way to be helpful and polite. Almost every fast food chain is dirty and unkempt nowadays, with slow service. It's kind of impressive our food was delivered with such service and swiftness.
This prompted me to leave a review; Everyone there deserves a raise.
