So good!!! Fast Great service. Ordered pizza and wings. Everything was perfect!!!
We stopped in last week for the first time and our only regret was not eating here sooner! We pass the restaurant all the time when going to Walmart, but kept forgetting to try it. It's a nice little cozy authentic italian restaurant, and the staff were very attentive and friendly. My husband and I both got the salad for the side, but my husband opted for the garlic knots rather than bread that also came with it. I figured it would be a small portion, but it was huge! We had to bring a good deal of it home. It was SO delicious.I got the ravioli with tomato sauce, and my husband got the gnocchi with meatball sauce, and chicken strips with their signature sauce. My ravioli was to die for! The ricotta was so thick and fluffy, the pasta itself was also thick, and the sauce wasn't heavy or had that vinegar taste to it. Overall, it was one of the best ravioli dishes I've ever had. I could eat the ricotta by itself honestly! My husband enjoyed the chicken strips and said the sauce had a buffalo type flavor. He loved the gnocchi and said it was so filling we had to take some of it home (which is a rarety!)Even though Baden is a little ways away from us, we'll definitely be coming more often. (Especially for those garlic knots!)
Don't get the wings, overcooked, dry, and tasted like they were tossed in dishwater, and i got a dozen that were all drums sticks, don't get anything deep fried, they don't season it at all. the pizza is acceptable at its best. And to check you out, the owner just types in whatever he wants as the prices. Bought 3 items and a pizza. I go in and it was 80$. I called him told him that it was awful, and all he offered was 20 percent off my next purchase of really bad food. It was lunch time on a tuesday.... Fire the cooks you have and start paying people more. just go to pizza hut fr.
Very good service and yummy food!
I come quite often for great pizza and loaded fries and order for my employees. I called and placed an order to go and said my husband and son will eat there but I have to run to work. She took my order and threw it out saying she cant take an order to eat there...? Showed up to a very rude man who told us to order a pizza or just dontveat here threw his hands up and wouldn't wait on us. So I went to work early instead. Thanks merry Xmas to you too. I won't buy ur food for my nurses or kids anymore
This place has great tasting pizza. But tonight the middle of our pizza was really soggy and fell apart as we pulled a slice from the box. Also there is this real young cashier/waitress in there that messes up my order every time. I dread her taking my order when I hear her answer the phone. We do pick up orders and there are things missing and being overcharged and undercharged for things. She has no idea what she’s doing in there. Kind of annoying I always have to call back and make another staff read my order back to me and make sure I was charged correctly and there’s a mistake everytime. And nobody even apologizes for it. One time I had to drive all the way back there for a lousy side salad that they forgot, they just threw it in a bag and tossed it to me not even apologizing for their mistake. Very poor customer service but good tasting food. Such a shame. Maybe dining in would have a better experience.

Wow. I haven't been here in a while and something major has changed. Quality. I got 2 large pizzas and an appetizer sampler for my family. The sampler used to be full of goodness, now there were literally 8 fries, 4 onion rings, and a few more things but it was all soggy and gross. One of the pizzas I got was to be pepperoni and sausage, but that's not any sausage I've ever seen and it tastes like spicy grease. The other pizza was just pepperoni with hardly any cheese at all. The crust is great but otherwise, this entire order was a fail. Also I'm 99% sure I was overcharged to begin with. Paid $51 and am extremely disappointed. Wish I could have a refund. Seriously never expected this. Used to be my favorite :(Pictured is the pepperoni and "sausage" (grease) and the very lacking sampler (the mushrooms are from the sampler and all I actually enjoyed even though they were still very soggy).*Note* I live 4 miles away and it was all still very hot. Just soggy and greasy.

Even with a water leak and close to closing we had delicious and fast food with a smile. Drove in from Cleveland to visit family and will be coming back!
We use to go there all the time. We stop there the other night for my sisters birthday she's not from here never been there. The food is not up to the same quality as before the cheese on the pizza was thin and runny. We buy garlic knots baked bread with cheese and garlic on it and butter it was doughy raw dough not even baked. Over price for the quality. We won't be going back there. Most have new owners. The waitress didn't give any good service just keep cleaning to get ready to close don't know why it was like 7:30 at night.
Late lunch on a week day. Place was slow, my server killed it thou. She was taking care of all 5 guest tables and she didn't skip a beat. Food was great and It didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'll be back!
Napoli’s makes the best Sicilian pizza in the area!
