So the food is good, but this isn't the first time this has happened, placed an order at 620pm, said it would be ready by 640pm, I showed up at 655pm and was told we havnt even started your order, it's gonna be a while, want to cancel it? So why wasn't I called, why did the order tracker tell me to come get my food? The guy at the counter said the manager didn't show up tonight so he's backed up, again I'm sorry but there needs to be some sort of communication or way to turn off orders through the app, or better way of showing the time it will actually be ready.

Pizza Hut is a classic American staple. Some of the best pizza around. This store does a real good job, and its cook staff make a fine pizza. Unfortunately no dine in, its been closed up and replaced with a pick up window. They are rather busy so expect an extra 5 or 10 minutes to the order. As an apology they gave us some free bread sticks and it's greatly appreciated. I hope someday it gets to reopen, in house will always be better than take out; but the take out is pretty dang good too.
The inside seating was closed and it took a long time to get out pizza.
That said. It was the best Pizza Hut I've ever had! Everything about it was phenomenal. I raved about it for days

Ordered online....no tracker available.... Tried to call about my order, was well over an hour at this point ....store ended up closing.... No refund....no pizza ??♀️ the ordering process was hell too. The app doesn't work good and the website doesn't either. Pizza hut really had gone down hill. Worked all day just wanted to feed my kids dinner..

Food good as always. Had to wait because online order wasn't filled in it's entirety. Would have been nice to get a coupon for a couple bucks off next order,. Especially after leaving a $5 tip for pickup.

Highly disappointed with Pizza Hut pizza. Purchased stuffed crust pizza - dough for main part of pizza was extremely thin and flimsy. My toppings slid off making the pizza an unenjoyable meal. I have also purchased their pan pizzas in the past, but the dough is not very tasty for some reason...it kind of tastes like cardboard. In my opinion, the quality of Pizza Hut has been steadily declining. I highly doubt I will continue frequenting this establishment - there are other pizza chains with better tasting pizzas.
I was really looking forward to these but they’re clearly overcooked. All I can taste is burnt cheese. Stop serving food that you mess up. It’s not my fault so why should my money be wasted? I’m done tipping companies who want to waste my money.

I love this pizza hut. They get my order right every single time. We ordered on Valentine's Day and they were super busy. We knew they would be busy and we didn't mind waiting other people weren't so nice. I appreciate the workers on how well they handled everything. I will keep going back.
