I visited this place for lunch as I was in town visiting the family and I will say I was impressed by the service and the food good too. Ill admit I was a little indecisive but they still managed to help everyone around me and I didnt feel rushed at all. Super friendly.

Baden subway has black mold floating in their ice machines. I brought my cup to the counter to show the lady what was in my cup as a courtesy to the business and she quickly responded with “I’ll call the owner to come clean it” she didn’t even look at me or want to see for herself she just quickly turned away as if she was annoyed. Then I watched numerous customers come in and get fountain drinks after I told her what was in them. She should have put a “out of order” sign on it until it gets cleaned. Someones going to get sick from that at the owners expense. Seems like she couldnt have cared less. I would imagine it’s the team members job to clean it, that’s what they get paid for. It’s ashame because we really like that location. Probably won’t be back for awhile.
