John Marshall has catered several private events at my parents' home over the years and not only is his prime rib, mac & cheese, roasted potatoes & vegetables OUT OF THIS WORLD delicious, he's also a genuinely friendly & easy-going person who puts people at ease with his highly professional & organized approach to both large & small events. This is the first time I had to order dinners for Thanksgiving, due to being confined to a wheelchair . My family and I were totally impressed with John Marshall Catering. They were the best. The food was absolutely delicious. It was a real traditional menu and plenty of it. It couldn't have been any better. I will continue to get meals from them.

Food was marginal and not as represented. Worst of all, there was no water bath so everything burnt.

John's food is always excellent! Have used him several times and have always been pleased!

John Marshall catered a Celebration of Life Service honoring my Dad. They provided my Dad's favorite meal - hot roast beef, mashed potatoes, gravy, green beans almondine, rolls, broccoli salad, cheese/crackers, fresh fruit and chocolate cake with white icing. Everything was exceptional. The food was hot, feed everyone, and people raved about it. They did all of this with three days notice. I recommend them for home cooked meals and their prices are reasonable.

They were so helpful for our wedding! They accommodated all of what we wanted, and even took steps to make sure we were getting the best price for it as well. Their service was incredible, and the food was the best part (shout-out to the love of my life, their house-made creole barbecue sauce)

We had a Celebration of Life this past Saturday April 13th in honor of our mom. Around 95 guests. Let me say a huge thank you to John Marshall Catering! Coordinating the event with Tori was very easy and detailed down to the linens and china. Casey and Angela arrived perfectly on time for the Pre set the day before and helped to make the hall sparkle! The day of, Casey, Angela and Michelle arrived on time again, took the reins and were on the spot with everything. I did not have to worry about anything thruout the whole celebration! Everything was perfect! The food...oh the food was amazing! We started with cold appetizers, fruit, cheese and crackers, veggies with spinach dip, then moved on to the entrees...stuffed chicken breast, beef tenderloin, baked ham, redskin potatoes. mixed vegetables, green beans, Halushki. Tossed salad and rolls. Dessert was cake and cookies So many guests complimented on the food and the service. They took care of everything down to the clean up. What a pleasure to be able to enjoy the celebration knowing it was in good hands! I highly recommend John Marshall Catering for any event. We will definitely be using them in the future...

John Marshall upholds high standards of food production, event execution, and work ethic. We came to him with a tower of challenges (aka unique requests … from a pig on a spick to no use of disposable materials to no on-site catering amenities, like refrigeration or heating appliances), and he exceeded every one of them. John catered our entire wedding weekend (that’s 3 meals over 2 days for approximately 80 people) in the middle of the woods … literally. Our wedding included a Welcome Dinner, extended Brunch, and BBQ Style Wedding Dinner … with a pig roasting on a spick over an open fire … all at Getaway House-Beaver Creek, a remote glamping outpost on the border of PA / OH. John directly provided exceptional service despite the limited amenities by partnering with the venue – starting with a personal site visit months prior, using creative resources, and really listening to our requests. They catered our wedding, we loved the food and staff. Our guests said how much they also enjoyed the food. Staff was friendly and polite.
