I have been asked to go to Bagels on the Corner in Bangor by so many people. I tried once and naturally it was the one day a week they’re closed. I finally made it out on a day they’re open…and I was rewarded handsomely.
This is The Fat Boy! Sausage, bacon, Jersey meat (I don’t care what you call it, save yourself the few words typed), eggs, cheese, and a hash brown. I ordered it on an egg bagel. Menu price is $10.95 and this was my breakfast and also my lunch.
The bagel was a little doughy for my liking, but I didn’t get it toasted so maybe that would have changed it a bit. Everything else was delicious. No SK for anyone who is curious, but I did add some P. I don’t love ketchup on eggs, and with that many breakfast meats you do not need salt.
Solid sandwich for sure and I would definitely go back again. Bagels on the Corner - Didn’t Suck!

It was okay. Bagels were on the smaller size. I asked for ketchup and salt and pepper on one of the breakfast sandwiches and tomatoes on the other. They didn't do that. But it was okay.

Very nice place the bagels are good New York/New Jersey tasting. I can go 15 minutes from home instead of an hour to get a good bagel.

Great spot to grab some breakfast. breakfast sandwiches are really good. Usually will grab lunch on occasion here as well. always made fresh never had a bad experience. The staff is very friendly really good atmosphere.

I ordered a poppy seed bagle. The bagle had no poppy seeds. What's the point. I might as well just ate bread and butter at home. Not sure how they vould even sell it as that.

Finally able to visit Friday for a breakfast sandwich and it was really good. Taylor ham (pork roll) with pepper jack and egg on a bagel. Every employee hustling and taking the next customer for a fast & smooth operation. We also ordered a container of the featured cream cheese s: PB&J and horseradish, bacon. $6.50 each. Great bagels. 10 or 12 assorted flavors. $1.50 as. Have a great vacation.

New owners still can’t get this place right. High prices, inconsistent food, and atrocious customer service. Not worth it at all. Don’t go here, I won’t be back.

This my go to on the weekends with my son I love the atmosphere, the fact the work as a family I love it everyone for the most part it’s happy and cracking jokes if you have to wait a little you won’t mind it.
