It's made right.
Amazing customer service from Erin from the moment he took the order to the moment he gave us the food! Friendly and kind. I'd go here everyday if it were closer to home!
The service is always horrible. 4 out 5 times a week my order is wrong or the drink wasn't made right. Or they forget something. Terrible establishment. Everyone is better off going to windgap dunken instead. Need better staff
This location sucks they do get in quick and the order is always right buy the workers are rude not the ones taking order its normally the older lady in front drive window do better
This dunkin staf is very lazy i buy 6 coffee hot they give me colde coffee and after that i give oder of hashbrowns and they give me after 20 minutes i spend also $60
I Do Not Know why this place is still open, the worse Costumer Service Ever, very rude and negligent, I asked for a toasted Croissant with cheese and butter, the croassant was warm and soft, the cheese and butter super frozen, so I gave it back to them to make the order right, they BURNED the croissant not before they gave me an actitud.
Second evening in a row that I tried to order a hot latte and was told that the machine was shut down already. The first time was forty minutes before they close and tonight it was fifty five minutes before they close. The only time I did get one was in the afternoon and it was barely warm and had no sweetener in it when I asked for three Splenda.
Fast service good environment
Line is usually long at coffee drinking times. But they manage the line very well most days. The younger crowd is faster and make mistakes the older crowd is slow but usually on point.
Don’t go inside it’s not any faster if anything it might be slower. Also when you park and go in most people complicate things when they leave.

I came here to get an iced coffee and a sandwich. My iced coffee was done first and I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich when II came here to get an iced coffee and a sandwich. My iced coffee was done first and I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich when I said something to the girl behind the counter the girl who was making the sandwiches, got an attitude with me The owner or manager was standing right next to her didn’t say anything. I went through the drive-through on another date and the girl at the drive-through proceeded to call me a not so nice word. I’m sure if I reported it to the store manager he won’t care like he did the first time service here is horrible. And the store employees attitudes are bad. I would much rather drive to Windgap where I never have to wait in line for too long. My food is always fresh and the service there is immaculate. They treat you very nicely at the wind gap location this location the employees could care less About anything.

Placed our order via mobile app for drive thru pickup. On arrival at the window, "Barb" refused to deliver our order, gave us a snobbish attitude informing us that we had to circle around and speak through the order kiosk first just to make our life difficult. Never again. Going elsewhere.

They make you wait in the Parking lot For more than 10 minutes for Loaded hashbrowns that shouldn't take more than 5 minutes to make. They were also cold and not well made. Very angry.

This morning I took my granddaughter to get the 50 munchkins in the Halloween bucket, but they were sold out. However, I did order 25 munchkins and a hot coffee and an iced coffee. The problem I have is there was a girl standing where you would order helping the staff with orders, apparently she must work there, but was not on duty. She was full of dog hair had crocs on and look like she just crawled out of bed. I simply asked if my coffee was ready because it said it was on the board. She replied no it’s not we’re down 4 people. I said I was just reading the board. She came back with a cocky answer and said I’m just reading tickets. Meanwhile, there was people Ordering food after me and leaving before me. Then she had a comment once again and said if everybody would be nice we’d get the coffees out faster. The boy working did get my munchkins as soon as I ordered I was just waiting on the coffee. Another lady ordered munchkins and the cocky girl thought it was mine and said she got her munchkins she don’t need another box. SERIOUSLY!!! They weren't even mine and to make a comment like that was BS! for her to even be like this was rediculous she wasn’t even working. She was apparently having a bad morning the other customers were also shaking there head and said there is no reason for her to be like this. Short staff is a dd problem not customers. We were all being more then patient this morning. The service sucked and definitely not friendly at all.
One thing I'm going to say this place has really slacked off a lot It's not what it used to be anymore I went there for a bagel the other day and it was hard as a rock...sad
