The behavior I encountered at this Dunkin’ Donuts location was not only appalling, it was emblematic of a team that has clearly lost sight of the most fundamental principles of customer service: decency, respect, and professionalism. During a simple drive-thru visit, I made a polite special request for my sandwich, only to be mocked—out loud—by an employee who assumed no one could hear her disdain. Unbeknownst to her, my brother was at the window and caught every word of her snide commentary. This level of immaturity would be embarrassing coming from teenagers at a lunch table—let alone paid employees representing a national brand. When I attempted to describe a donut I’ve enjoyed for years but didn’t know the formal name for, I was met not with help or kindness, but ridicule and visible irritation. Not only was the wrong donut handed to me -3 TIMES. But the manager herself felt compelled to contribute by speaking to me with unnecessary rudeness, simply because I wasn’t fluent in Dunkin’s internal product names. All on a holiday mind you! Lastly, during a mobile order pickup, after calmly correcting the staff when they misheard my name, I was greeted at the window by the same employee who had earlier “corrected” me on my donut pronunciation—only this time, she delivered my order with a smug, condescending tone that felt intentionally spiteful. This wasn’t a one-off slip in service—it was a clear pattern of disrespect, immaturity, and a total failure in leadership. If these employees derive satisfaction from humiliating the very people who fund their paychecks, then it’s time to reconsider whether they belong in customer-facing roles at all. Go to Wind Gap.

Every time I go to the Dunkin, I get disappointed, Long wait time very confusing drive-through I went through the entire drive-through and didn’t order and because they were so busy I had to go to the drive-through again to order so I just went to the one in Forks. The worker that let me know was nice, but the location is just bad and most times my order gets messed up

Amazing customer service from Erin from the moment he took the order to the moment he gave us the food! Friendly and kind. I'd go here everyday if it were closer to home!

The service is always horrible. 4 out 5 times a week my order is wrong or the drink wasn't made right. Or they forget something. Terrible establishment. Everyone is better off going to windgap dunken instead. Need better staff

I Do Not Know why this place is still open, the worse Costumer Service Ever, very rude and negligent, I asked for a toasted Croissant with cheese and butter, the croassant was warm and soft, the cheese and butter super frozen, so I gave it back to them to make the order right, they BURNED the croissant not before they gave me an actitud.

Second evening in a row that I tried to order a hot latte and was told that the machine was shut down already. The first time was forty minutes before they close and tonight it was fifty five minutes before they close. The only time I did get one was in the afternoon and it was barely warm and had no sweetener in it when I asked for three Splenda.

Line is usually long at coffee drinking times. But they manage the line very well most days. The younger crowd is faster and make mistakes the older crowd is slow but usually on point.
Don’t go inside it’s not any faster if anything it might be slower. Also when you park and go in most people complicate things when they leave.

I came here to get an iced coffee and a sandwich. My iced coffee was done first and I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich when II came here to get an iced coffee and a sandwich. My iced coffee was done first and I waited 20 minutes for my sandwich when I said something to the girl behind the counter the girl who was making the sandwiches, got an attitude with me The owner or manager was standing right next to her didn’t say anything. I went through the drive-through on another date and the girl at the drive-through proceeded to call me a not so nice word. I’m sure if I reported it to the store manager he won’t care like he did the first time service here is horrible. And the store employees attitudes are bad. I would much rather drive to Windgap where I never have to wait in line for too long. My food is always fresh and the service there is immaculate. They treat you very nicely at the wind gap location this location the employees could care less About anything.
