I go there almost everyday. It's really the only fast food drive through in bangor. The staff are absolutely wonderful. I'm always happy to see them.

This is Bangor
This is without a doubt the worst food establishment it has ever been my displeasure to visit. This is due primarily, to a rather large red-haired woman with glasses. Usually, when my order is put up. Someone will announce it in a calm tone or not announce it at all. That is what I prefer. I was walking up for my order when this woman screamed out at the top of her lungs. What I had ordered. It was so loud it actually caused me pain in my left ear. She was only 3 ft away. My companion and I were the only two people in the place. So, she knew it was my order. When I expressed my displeasure with a non-verbal. She then stared at me off and on the whole time my companion and I were there. Then, to make matters worse. Someone turned up the music so loud that my companion and I couldn't converse. I didn't do anything to be verbally assaulted. I will be posting this information on facebook. I may also do a YouTube video regarding her behavior. I will never set foot in that establishment ever again.

Quick stop for a quick bite. Bagels and muffins plus GREAT COFFEE ...hubby had regular, I had my fav, frozen coffee. Yay !Parking: Parking can get tight. They are so busy! Drive thru backs up, but moves along steadily.Kid-friendliness: Kids and donuts! They go together.... after an egg sandwich!

Where to start.The order-takers never say thank you. The women at the window never say thank you.I always have to ask for napkins. Not surprising since one young lady (who happens to be 'challenged' and I applaud her for working!) has dirty fingernails. It's absolutely gross.Also, the prices change on my order on a regular basis. Anywhere from $3+ to $5+ and it's for the same order!Lastly, the girls are rude. I have to ask that the bagel minis are warmed and the response is always "They are always warmed." But they aren't! They are usually stone-cold on the inside.Absolutely mismanaged on EVERY level.I now go elsewhere. I wish someone would come in and compete with DD.
Every single time I come here, I either get the wrong order, burnt food, coffee that is wrong, the people taking my order are awfully rude. At the window, the girl is usually emotionless and very unwelcoming which makes me uncomfortable. Get better workers or start teaching your employees better customer service. I refuse to come here anymore. Today, my sandwich was BURNT to a crisp, couldn’t even bite it and the bacon was sooo peppery, I couldn’t finish it. I tried giving this place a few chances, but nah.

Scorched the latte bad... Not the best Dunkin but around here you're out of luck. The inside of the place is a welcome sight for sore eyes from the surrounding area though. Bathroom is decent and honestly the surrounding area is so haggard that i didn't want to leave the restaurant..
