Modern Fusion catered my wedding and did a fantastic job. Chef Angelo was always very responsive when I emailed him with questions and the food was delicious. When we got to the venue after the ceremony, the first thing I noticed was how good the food smelled! And it tasted equally as good. And everyone kept telling us all night how good the food was, between both appetizers and the buffet. We chose a short rib that was to die for. Thank you Chef Angelo!

Angelo was so amazing and quick to help us cater our rehearsal dinner! He was able to take our requests and put together a reasonably priced menu for us! Not only that, but everything was delicious. Angelo and his team we wonderful! We had a very small wedding with a small budget, but he was flexible and worked with us to stay within that budget. Everyone said the food was delicious, especially the pernil. The staff he sent for the event was wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend Chef Angelo enough, he was incredible to work with! I have severe food allergies and it was really important to have the meal for our wedding be something I could eat. He worked with us to develop a creative, delicious menu that did not contain any of my allergens which was a dream come true. Chef Angelo answered all of my questions and was able to reassure me throughout the whole process starting with a food tasting. All of our guests have been raving about our wedding meal and said our food was the best they have had! Not only did I feel comfortable but could eat everything on the menu which was so special and I will forever remember. I highly recommend Modern Fusion catering and his tostadas are to die for!!

Angelo was so awesome and flexible every step of the way during the wedding planning process! The food was DELICIOUS both in the tasting and the day of my wedding. He was able to provide so much to our tables and meals- not just the delicious foods!
