My food was very good, I must say. And the portions are enormous for the money. Great value in that regard.But my entree came out before my salad; my salad was initially served with the wrong dressing; my friends' meals were undercooked; drinks and refills were served incorrectly or forgotten altogether; and when one of my friends said she was ready to walk out due to the bad service, our server said she's welcome to do so.Guests who arrived after us were being served before us. And food was being served to only some guests at each table, rather than an entire table getting all of their food at once.Those who know me know that I sympathize with servers, and I am all about supporting mom & pop establishments over corporate. I do not like having to say these things.

In the past the food was good with nice size portions. The service however was never great…..and was the reason I didn’t go there more often. The service has gotten worse to the point of being ridiculous. The last time I was there…..there was no one behind the bar. Someone came out, looked at me, ignored me and went back. She comes out again talks with someone at the bar and goes back again. Then as I’m leaving…..asks if I want anything. I just walked out. I don’t beg anyone to take my money. Restaurants are a dime a dozen. BTW…..the place was not that busy. I won’t go back and I don’t recommend.

Where do I start? Ok. The food is amazing! My wife almost always gets the chicken parm. Huge portions and OMG is it yummy! Tonight I had an awesome NY strip that was perfectly cooked. Lynn makes an amazing Manhattan! Just saying. Tell her Len said hello when you order one! Thanks and enjoy!!!

Hooooorrrible! I like to give businesses the benefit of the doubt but I cannot name one positive! Very dirty, food takes fooorever, slow service, hours are inconsistent, owner is always sitting at the bar, toasted. Do yourself a favor and go to the brewery 1/4 mile up the road!

I was recommended to the Richmond hotel by local friends ~ we decided to visit last night 10/13. I will start by saying, the restaurant was easy to find by using my gps. No one greeted us when we walked in the door, so we stood there until the bar maid, and waitress finally told us to sit where ever we would like. When we were seated, it took a good amount of time until we got menus and our drinks ordered. It took even longer to put in our food order, and even longer to receive the drinks. Out utensils were dirty, but we used an extra set at our table. Our friends told us to try the Chicken Parmesan, my husband said it was edible. The mashed potato I'm assuming, are microwaved ~ not a problem, if they are thoroughly cooked, not hot one bite, frozen cold the next. My steak was rubbery, very chewy and not cooked to the temperature I asked for. Our second order of drinks took well over half an hour to arrive. At this point, we were defeated with our experience and very disappointed. Our waitress looked confused, bothered and like she did not want to be there. I usually do not leave reviews, but as highly recommended as this restaurant was, I wanted to share my experience. My husband suggested to try again but next time, sit at the bar, as they could have had an off night. I agreed until, we went to leave and overheard multiple bar patrons complaining about the wait time at the bar. I overheard ~ I'm assuming, the owner, or manager, who was visibly intoxicated at the bar, yelling at her employees. Unfortunately, we will not return. If you like long wait times for unpleasant service, a messy restaurant, with semi~edible food then this is the place for you.

they have good food but what you order they mess up your whole order it happened to me several times they never have go containers i have to wrap mine and my families food in aluminum foil if iwant a beer i have to get up and go to the bar they are so worried about who is sitting at the bar not at the tables I WILL NOT Be Going BACK

The food was bland. Unfortunately my burger tasted like it didn't get cooked with any salt. Also the tomatoes tasted pretty expired.The wings were good as was my kids quesadilla; I ate that instead of the burger.Nice bar and super friendly staff. I love the people who come there. I'd go just to listen to the people and drink, but if the food is anything other than chicken, just skip it.Sorry, guys!
