The place got too expensive.
Quick service. Food is pretty good too. Not a wide variety of people though. Felt kind of awkward going in there but the waitress was very nice. Will come again.
I can't give an accurate review every time I go to this place it's closed it seems like they're never open or when I get there they are just beginning to close
Nice family friendly place with good food.
I took my 80 yr old parents to Trolley Shops Restaurant on Sunday March 9th, at 5:45pm. When we entered a host sat us and gave us menu’s. Then no waitress ever came to take a drink order or food order. Three other family’s came in after us and they were seated, a waitress got there drinks and took their orders. Now we have been sitting there for 20 mins with our menu’s. My father stopped and asked a waitress if anyone was going to wait on us. She said let me go ask. Then we sat there another 10 mins. Then I stopped another waitress. I said is anyone going to wait on us? I said we asked someone else. Then she said let me go ask. She never came back. We could see the counter where you can sit and four different waitresses were standing there doing nothing. And business wasn’t busy with about 8-10 tables. Well we got up to leave and the girl that sat us came over and said that she could only get us drinks. We told her to forget it bc we were there for a half hour. And when we went to walk out the front door, a waitress yelled have a good night! We never have been treated in a manner like this before and by no other restaurant. Talk about rude and crude waitresses, we were totally ignored. I don’t know what planet they’re all from.
Ordered a Cheesesteak Sandwich and when it arrived it came with Tomato Sauce on it, figuring as I am in Pennsylvania, they would be able to do a decent Cheesesteak. When I asked the staff about it, they said that's how it is served, I have ordered Cheesesteaks in Philadelphia from Pats and Geno's, they would cringe if it was served that way. They don't even bother to mention that Tomato Sauce is on the sandwich. So be cautious when ordering.
If your a local you know trolley shop restaurant is a community stable. I love the effort they put into serving the community. The food is good, the atmosphere is country and the prices are very fair. That being said this is not a gormet dinning experience but if you can appreciate the country heartfelt atmosphere then you will come to love it.
Food and service good but having Fox News on tv makes me want to vomit while eating. We won’t be going back because of it.
