I’ve been going to bubbakoo for sometime they recently they changed the staff. The new staff is not well equipped. They rush orders one girl that wears big earrings started crying for no reason and put raw chicken on me and my nephew’s meal just trying to get us out the store. I don’t know the quality has gone down since the new crew came and hopefully they can get their shit together. I pick up from there just about every Friday. Gonna have to look for a new place until stuff gets better.

The staff are all super kind especially amazing girl who was picking up phone calls and taking orders at the same time like a boss!! The food was great and she definitely made the experience great from start to finish even though they were backed up with online orders.
We ordered online and waited 45 minutes for our order to be ready. Maybe they were short staffed. The food was good. My kids were hangry to wait. Things happen. I don’t fault them. Staffing and finding employees is really difficult. Once we got our food it was great.
