I came yesterday and was immediately rushed while trying to place my order. Despite that, I completed my order and even left a tip. After driving 38 minutes home, I bit into my burrito and found a hair inside it, which is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. For a place that charges this much, basic food safety standards like staff wearing hair restraints should not be optional. The store was closed by the time I got home, so I couldn’t address it immediately. This experience was beyond disappointing and turned my $25 meal into a complete waste.Gladly wont be showing my face here again

Me and a Buddy of mine went here recently from visiting Great wolf Lodge and noticed a creepy crawly friend near the soda machine and lobby garbage🪳 .Highly advise watching out for this place. Prices are also a bit much for what they are especially if rodents are an issue. Meats looked dry as the desert.Their not so public Bathroom also has a padlock???? Not very welcoming for a “4.8” (most likely inflated and forced reviews) establishment. Not to mention how dirty it was just imagine their prep areas.And it also doesn't take much to find their inspection results and apparently they failed twice 😬. Be cautious folks.

The food was honestly good and you get a great portion of food! I just wish the birria had some more seasoning to it and that they had a spicy salsa selection. Other than that, the food and service was good!

Ryan and Rance were awesome! Came in right before closing for a bunch of food and they were beyond professional and sweet. Bubbakoos has the best quesadillas. Thanks for taking care of us coming in so late !!

Burrito was horribly wrapped. At first, they had to switch all of the ingredients to a new tortilla(leaving half of the sauces on the previous one), then it was wrapped in two tortillas🤦🏻♀️, giving it taste of a dough while eating instead of the ingredients. We have been here twice and definitely wont be coming back.
