Can’t speak for the quality of the food but was not impressed by the level of service provided by staff. I arrived approximately ten minutes prior to the closing time listed on Google to pick up a DoorDash order, and found the doors locked despite the lights being on, a flashing “OPEN” sign in the window, and what I can only assume were patrons inside being served. A staff member eventually opened the door after everyone else in the venue had just been staring at me as if wondering what possible reason I could have for being there at such an unreasonable hour, and was needlessly rude and abrasive even after I clarified that I was there to pick up a customer’s order. Completely unprofessional and totally uncalled for. Food smelled good and venue looked clean and presentable but given the attitude I was met with just for trying to enter the venue I won’t be picking up any more orders here- for myself or for anyone else.

I had such a great experience at Bubbakoo’s Burritos thanks to the amazing service from Katina! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel genuinely welcome and comfortable. It’s not often that you come across someone who truly takes the time to make a customer feel appreciated, but Katina did exactly that.
She was patient, friendly, and attentive, and she explained everything on the menu with a smile. She didn’t just rush me through my order—she actually cared that I got exactly what I wanted. That kind of customer service really stands out.
The food itself was fresh, delicious, and definitely hit the spot, but what made my visit so memorable was Katina’s professionalism and warm attitude. You can tell she takes pride in her work and in making sure every customer leaves satisfied.
Overall, I was extremely happy with my visit. Great food, welcoming atmosphere, and excellent service. Thank you, Katina, for making my experience at Bubbakoo’s Burritos a 5-star one! I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to friends and family.
