This Duck Donuts has the best customer service , their staff is amazing.. Halley is very professional at her job. She was just great at assisting me with directions of other Duck Donuts for my facilities in the Pennsylvania area. She definitely went above and beyond. She’s a great hire, way to go Duck Donuts.. Hire more staff like Halley and your company will always stay in business.

I’m from NY. We have good donuts. These donuts are right up there with them. The blueberry pancake donut was out of this world. So good. And the smores tasted like a chocolate eclair. Definitely coming back.

I will never visit this Duck Donuts ever again. We stopped in Saturday late morning and again we were the only customers there. I order 6 donuts and an order of the special donuts holes- 10 count. I got the box of donuts and told the guy I also ordered the donut holes. He said they were coming. He never bothered to mention to me that they needed to make the batter, cook them and decorate them. I was waiting and noticed the girl was making the batter still and after 15 plus minutes I asked about my order and he said ( not sure if he was the owner or manager) they take time because they are made to order??? I have been to several other duck donuts and NEVER had to wait this long. I finally told him that I couldn’t wait any longer and asked for a refund. This was the worst experience ever. This was my second time there and service was almost as bad the first time ! Never again . The owner /manager could have cared less.

AMAZING!!! Came from NYC and it’s was a must to stop here and I’m glad I did 10/10 everyone was amazing and the donuts best I ever had would recommend again and will be coming here more.!
We came down here from New York on vacation and made a stop we got a dozen donuts and they were so fresh and soft we also picked up a few ducks from the selection on the wall these are some of the greatest donuts I have ever had thank you for the great donuts and customer service

We love Duck Donuts in Duck, NC and we have enjoyed having that chain here at home now. Our kids like to bring friends here on play dates since the donuts are delicious and watching them being made is fun for them all. We have bought donuts here multiple times and have enjoyed all of the flavors we have gotten. They are a bit expensive so I would only recommend for every once in awhile.
