My last visit to this site was not a good visit. However, the Mgr Steven remediated the problem and made sure that it would not happen again. He assured me that I can reach out to him and he would make sure it was resolved. I was VERY happy with how I was treated at this site. - Thank you Steven!! I will be returning.

Placed an order for 2 Cinnamon raisin bagels they didn’t have any, I ordered two plain instead they were dry, hard and burnt. Definitely do not recommend very disappointed and two hot chocolates that were barely hot $15 wasted.

Worst dunkin I've ever been at.

Was on a road trip and stopped for some quick breakfast. Ordered 6 things and 5 of them were wrong.

Workers didn't care. Awful experience. At least the restrooms were clean.

The worse customer experience ever. I went there with my family on a Wednesday and ask the cashier if we get a donut with purchase for free he said yes I I have a reward account so I said yes and he proceeded to scan my rewards. We waited and waited to get our order 20 minutes later I had part of my order ready and ask for the donut some guy comes out and as for the receipt and he said you need it to add to the order and explained to him I did he was like no you didn’t very arrogant (it’s not about the free donut) it’s how nasty people working there … I asked for my latte and waited another 5 minutes and while waiting he goes and gives a donut to the person next to me that didn’t have a rewards account she was asking about the free donut. It just was a horrible customer service!

Make sure you have time before going here.
Place a mobile order before going. They are out of half the items all the time.
They will not make the order until you get there.
And drive thru lane is always long.
