Ordered drive thru. When I got to the counter the lady gave part of the order and was chatting on her personal phone and she kept dismissing me for partial order then freaked out because I said that part of order was missing. I was nice and asked for rest of the order. Unprofessional attitude. She called another person to get the order which she was so nice and got everything missing. This message to the lady that missed the order if you are unsatisfied with the job talk to your supervisor and you need training on customer service.

Hands down the worst Dunkin you can ever find. The staff is unhappy working here and they make sure you know it. The place is filthy, they can’t take orders at the counter due to dunkin policy but I couldn’t find the grilled cheese sandwich on the kiosk and they refused to assist. The hashbrowns were squished and the avocado toast was a joke- little bit of guacamole just slapped on a cold toast. Disgusting.

I got a medium iced coffee, with no ice!!. This place is a joke!!. The man behind the cash register should be fired!!
Worse than any other DD I ever been before. Customer service terrible. Place was messy and only a few donuts left. I bought a Sabrina’s Strawberry refresher and not only I told him, “it looks like you are adding a lot of ice”, he added so much oat milk and it didn’t taste good, I told him and he just didn’t care and walked away from me.

Very disorganized, slow service, and rude employees. I am very disappointed, when we asked for the rest of our order after waiting quite some time. the employee rolled his eyes and told us to stand to the side. later when he came to help us. he THREW our food in a bag and tossed it to us over the counter. Will NOT be returning. the drinks were wrong, and sloppily made, the order was out in different parts and took FAR too long. Was marked completed when it was not. AND they had SEVEN employees visible behind the counter, but it was so disorganized that there was a FULL seating area of patrons waiting. NOT TO MENTION the employee that had been so rude had walked out front while still in uniform to have a smoke break while patrons were still waiting inside after we had left. I will NEVER go here again.

My girlfriend went to pick up munchkins this morning. She said that an employee started eating munchkins out of our box as they were preparing it. Hoping management can review cameras or something and address it, completely unprofessional.
