Every time I order from this location my order always wrong one way or another. The staff is horrible and childish and there is no professionalism and customer service at this location!

Absolute garbage service. Walked in the lobby to place my order. 35 minutes later and having to ask twice where my lowly bacon egg and cheese on a croissant was, out came the pathetically made, barely warm, joke of a sandwich. Over a half hour of standing there watching unqualified people try to make food products in between phones and making videos... It's dunkin donuts. We're fried as a society if this is the next generation of workers. Absolute embarrassment. And oh yeah, the food sucked. And don't get it twisted, EVERY single Dunkin in the Stroudsburgs are garbage. It's a sad, far cry from what it used to be.

I get the same thing all the time from my local Dunkin, and this was not good. Bagel used for the sandwich was kind of hard, maybe old? Coffee was fine, though. The only employee I interacted with was very sweet, but I'd avoid this location.

Worse Dunkin I've ever been to. Walked in with no one behind the counter. Someone hanging out at the tables called to someone to come out. All I wanted was a simple large bold cup of hot coffee. I swear you would think I was asking for something they're not use to serving. Incredible. I'm from NY, this place wouldn't last a day where I lived. Great coffee, great service and a SELECTION of hot coffees there. Won't be back!

Ordered drive thru. When I got to the counter the lady gave part of the order and was chatting on her personal phone and she kept dismissing me for partial order then freaked out because I said that part of order was missing. I was nice and asked for rest of the order. Unprofessional attitude. She called another person to get the order which she was so nice and got everything missing. This message to the lady that missed the order if you are unsatisfied with the job talk to your supervisor and you need training on customer service.

Hands down the worst Dunkin you can ever find. The staff is unhappy working here and they make sure you know it. The place is filthy, they can’t take orders at the counter due to dunkin policy but I couldn’t find the grilled cheese sandwich on the kiosk and they refused to assist. The hashbrowns were squished and the avocado toast was a joke- little bit of guacamole just slapped on a cold toast. Disgusting.
